Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Linen should be neatly kept. This will make the customer feel at ease.
The online Booking system is good. Staff were highly pleasing helpful and cooperative. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.

Beautiful and clean hotel as expected. Nearby railway station and Marine drive Good location. Staffs are very cooperative.

Towers were all worn out and it mostly looked grey in color. There is no separation for shower.

Staff were a little slow in answering requests eg for missing towels or water.
Nice room, nice breakfast. Quiet location, and got a good night's rest. Walking distance to ferries & metro, and useful local shops. Nearby restaurants seem to be vegitarian only

I had specifically requested for a twin bed, as the option was available in the booking.com website for the hotel featured. however when I reached the hotel, they said they don't have any twin beds available. Then why did Booking.com put that as a option. this option is available in every Treebo hotel I will never book Treebo again

Timing as 12 and 11.Its inconvenient for the persons arrived late like 5 or 6 pm.The staffs are asking to leave at 12 even we informed ahead about the timing.

The ac was old and not working in full efficiency. The complimentary breakfast was below par. There is a table provided but no plug point near it. So, it is not possible to work with your lap plugged in.
The location, ambience and the room size were all good. The food was not upto the Treebo standard that we have enjoyed in other hotels of this chain. The staff behaviour was very good.

Booking.com confirmed booking and it was mentioned no need to pay advance. But as soon as booking was confirmed Treebo started asking for advance through messages, email and call which was irritating as I booked this property just because I didn’t have to do any pre payment. When I reached hotel they informed booking was cancelled because of no advance payment. Luckily there was no other booking and staff let me check in and asked Treebo to book my accommodation again. Treebo cannot be trusted anymore. Hotel badly need’s renovation. Very small and old rooms. Warm water was sometimes it stopped running automatically, electricity is another issue it might go down any time for couple of minutes and need to inform staff about this as electricity will go down floor wise. Need more options for breakfast, but since the hotel but breakfast from outside and just serve the guests, don’t think hotel will extend breakfast menu anytime soon. Parking place is difficult to find in hotel proximity since just couple of places available at the hotel for the parking.

The property and staff are overall okay. But we had to pay 200/one person for breakfast which includes only idli and idiyappam in the buffet. They were telling us that if we are taking the breakfast option in the morning they will charge 200, where we have to pay only 75/- at the time of booking. i.e. they are charged double the amount.
