We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaNot at all value for money. Mute the sound of lift which run all night with lot of sound . Clean rooms and bathroom daily . Change the bed sheets daily. Please provide toiletries in room in this cost .
Bed is super uncomfortable. Too much noisy . Avoid opting room near to lift . Wasn’t able to sleep there all night . My money was a totally waste . Bathroom was not clean .

IndiaThe room was smelly, they sprayed room freshner after complaining. The listing says breakfast is included free, but they charge 100 rupees for cold breakfast and cold tea. I would have avoided eating here if they upfront told me that it was chargeable, they included the amount at the checkout time. There is no water source, you have to buy your own water bottles. There was room service only once in 5 days, that too when I complained about the bad smell. Did not bother even cleaning the room or dustbin in the 5 days.
The price for 5 nights was reasonable (5k) as it was close to golf course road. Had 24 hours check-in which was really convenient.

IndiaFirstly the staff wasn't hospitable they weren't listening to us and weren't available to help us. Secondly they weren't providing us a mattress to sleep and were rudely behaving when asking for plates, cutlery and glass. Thirdly they were not providing us water to drink when asked for water they gave us tap water and when we complained about the same they provided us RO water but didn't give us bisleri water. Also during breakfast we were provided with cold Aloo Paratha and cold tea when we asked the staff to change it they didn't listen to us and the staff named Kashish (if he gave us the right name) was very rude he didn't even listen to and even turned blind eye towards us and was very busy using his phone and talking to someone very important and didn't even bothered to give us our breakfast for which we have paid. Kindly report about the hotel
