Noise disturbance during the day time is a very irritating thing about this place. Some idiots were banging some heavy things from the floor above mine. The food is a bit expensive when compared to having food in other outlets in Kodai town. Also, they do delay in making your food on time. Food is good taste in taste but expensive.

This location is just the ideal one for those seeking a peaceful getaway from the hustle bustle of city life. Good spacious rooms with nice large Flat screen Tvs, 24 hrs hot water geysers and a roof top restaurant are the plus features of Tree Elanza resorts in Kodaikanal. I stayed for 4 nights & 5 days in Tree Elanza resorts.

The room decor needs to be much more attractive. The room needs a thorough cleaning to get rid of the remnants of the old ayurvedic centre that seems to have operated there earlier.

The staff were very cordial. The food was good and probably quite reasonably priced compared to other hotels around Kodikkanal

Requires maintenance.

All essentials that makes comfortable stay were in place. My room needed more maintenance all around.. Comfortabke bed, linen and the foodveas truly home made original and tasty. John the manager and his staff were very helpful and sevile. A secure place.

Breakfast was not provided along with the package, they have charged it separately. Room configurations were modified due to availability issues.

Hospitality by manager(Mr.John) was good. Stunning balcony view at the back side of the property but the front side rooms cannot enjoy it.

We stayed with our family for 2 nights and a day.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable💝The rooms were spotless and comfortable with great amenities, the location was perfect for exploring .We loved the hygienic breakfast buffet with a variety of options, with delicious food and attentive service on specific orders of our preferences🙌🏻The team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was below average, not much options. Everything was cold and taste also not that great unfortunately.

The location was little away from the center but he room was comfortable, cozy, neat and clean. Wifi bandwidth need to be improved a bit. Geyser is fitted and working fortunately, so hot water is available to bath if needed :-) Good place to stay for single travellers or couple, even though there were families staying when I stayed. Overall the stay was good and value for money !!!

However, I did notice that the bed linens could have been a bit cleaner. While it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience, paying extra attention to this detail would elevate the comfort of the stay even further.

I had a wonderful stay at Tree Elanza. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the toilet, which was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience
