Home cooked food. Good quantity. No disturbance. Recommended strongly as a solo traveller. I went on my bike. No dedicated parking. But they took care of the vehicle as promised. Had camera surveillance. So if parking is not your concern, this is a good choice. Value for money!!

Bathroom water was stinking a bit.

Food was not good. Wifi was not working. Room price was very high. There was bad smell from the room. The toilet didn't have exhaust so the smell was coming to the room. Room wasn't clean and was very small.

The staff was courteous and accommodating throughout our interaction. However, the property did not match the appearance depicted in the pictures. Upon expressing my concerns, the team graciously allowed us to cancel our booking without any hassle. While I cannot comment on the quality of their service, we opted to book another hotel shortly after.

The location ...i am not recommend this place for a big family with big vehicle..The location was bit far away from the kodaikanal main point.The way to this homestay was very narrow.The driver should be very carefull to drive this place.

The receptionist was very friendly ..we booked a bedroom and it was not clean and tidy but he upgraded to a another one without increasing the amount.They offered free breakfast ,it was good but we ordered a dinner was not good.But all around the hotel was cheap and good.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive especially the manager Raja,polite and kindly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious The hotel was conveniently located. The service was excellent and impeccable The breakfast was delicious

The outside images of this property is not the actual image of the property..they are faking with nearby property. I booked one triple deluxe room and 1 double deluxe room. When I reached there i was really shocked ! The rooms was too congested and not hygienic as expected. All the bathrooms didn't have any shower and when i asked about it the guy at the reception told us that no hotels in kodaikanal have showers because he mentioned that children will get burned from hot water coming out of the shower which didn't make any sense because this is not the first time I'm visiting kodaikanal and all the places Ive stayed before had showers. Seeing all these conditions i really didn't want to stay there anymore with my family. So I decided to cancel the booking but the guy at the reception told me, I'll loose my money if I cancel the booking.But i ignored it and Booked another hotel becuase i didnt prepaid the booking..so dont pay money before visit this property..

The dinner was not up to the mark, and I found it expensive. The bathroom can be kept cleaner. As the region has cold weather, thicker blankets may be provided. Timing of food can be maintained.

The location was quiet and safe. Breakfast was good. Overall maintenance is good and can be made better. Although we checked in earlier, we were not charged extra.

Rest rooms were very unclean , dirty .. no room heaters , no proper parking , wifi almost didn't work.. nothing good about this property

Breakfast was very bad.. seved breakfast very late , only Idly and Dosa.. nothing else.. and manager calls breakfast as buffet.. taste was very bad.

The food was barely palatable. There was only one working electrical outlet in the room. The sheets were a little damp. The bathroom was basic.To add to all this, there is a church close by that blares music starting at 6 in the morning. The kitchen staff also play excessively loud music that can disturb guests.

It is far away from the city there is no proper vehicle to travel there and it's also too costly the cab rate and what we accepted in booking.com photo like that way rooms are not there and the facilities won't help if any health issues are there means
