No parking, bedsheet pillows are old not clean

Rooms are small. First we got assigned a room in the ground floor just near the reception desk with zero privacy. There was window of this room with glasses and curtain. This window is open to the to corridor . Anyone can take look when the curtain moves with fan. The door was open to the lobby. And the bathroom was attached to shop outside which was under renovation work. So when we asked to change the room we are denied saying this is last room available. Then we got welcomed with the sound of hammer, drill machine what not because of the renovation work that was going on. They knew it. But still they gave us that room. So we complained again as it was unbearable. This time they changed our room to the worst and dirtiest room present in that place. Full of dirt and broken stuff. The switch boards were so dirty we did not even want to touch them.

Sheets and towels are not so clean. You can see some spots on both the sheets and the towels. Toilet is not so clean. Shower will give you electric shock if the heater is turned on (really weird). Breakfast is Indian, ok I guess but for a westerner it needs some getting used to. Ac was working well and bed/pillow is nice. Overall its a decent hotel, if you can handle a bit dirtier toilet then go for it, otherwise if cleanliness is your priority I would go somewhere else.

Worst experience... Could have got a better place for the money charged. Rude, unprofessional and unethical staff. No basic courtesy. Receptionists are basically unprofessional and look like they are picked up from somewhere at a lower cost with no knowledge. Especially the receptionist Walid, if he's around, it's better to not even step into this place. When I asked to see the GM he said there's no GM and when I asked to see his reporting manager for misbehaviour, he refused to give his name or call him. For two adults one towel was provided, no water bottle was provided, the washroom and the linen were unclean. We checked in late at night and I fell sick after checking into this place as the ac was not working properly and was running at a low temperature which we couldn't change and it had a weird smell.. When I contacted the manager in the morning telling m extremely unwell, thanks to their rooms, he straight away said even if you are unwell, you need to check out. No understanding or basic empathy. I wonder if he even knows how to speak to customer as he was talking like a villager with no knowledge whatsoever. Due to this m currently in hospital as there was no humanity or courtesy shown.

Firstly our booking was denied when we reached the hotel

My dad got locked in the bathroom which had no ventilation. The doorknob was faulty and it had to be broken down with a wrench and hammer. I got a small cut on my finger in getting my dad out. I asked for first aid, for which the hotel had nothing. They said they'll get me some Dettol, but after waiting for over 45 mins I gave up hope and got it myself from a nearby pharmacy. My bed had a big depression in the centre, likely from a faulty spring. There was no provision of getting another bed replacement or another room. Straight out denied.

It is located smack in the middle of nearby markets, so if you need something it's within a short walk distance.

The bathroom tap broken. The person fixed it temporarily but it still didn't work properly. The kettle provided in the room had its lid separate. The automatic on/off switch didn't work. So we came to know that water had boiled only when the steam started covering the adjoining wall. Breakfast was quite unappetizing and had very limited menu.

Bed and towels were clean. AC working OK.

Items in breakfast provided was more than expected, large area to move around, the staff was polite and at your service all the time, room service was excellent, overall stay was a pleasant experience, Thank you

The staff behaviour was not approachable and warm, they were not accommodating at all. Never gonna stay with them. The bed sheet was damaged

The rooms were definitely older than in the pictures, some areas could do with a bit of a spruce-up.

The staff were really helpful here, they got us on the WIFI even though we had foreign numbers. They sorted out getting our laundry done too. The rooms were clean and spacious with good air-conditioning. The breakfast staff would make you fresh omelette and toast in the morning if you didn't want the traditional Indian breakfast. It was also next to a delicious biryani restaurant which was so convenient!

Atleast paxs shud get breathing space. As soon as entered asking ABT full payment, which is wrong. when paxs depart he/she will automatically settle da bills.
