Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was very very rude especially Mr. Sandeep. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. He was shouting like anything when I raised a concern regarding my room and he threatened to check out after collecting the full amount. I reached there at midnight, he collected tariff for full 2 days and then showed me the room and when I said that I booked a double bad one not single bad he was shouting and saying to leave ( knowing that I don't have any other option at midnight to go).

Overall...
Definitely not worth for money... Beds and linen were dirty... Unwashed stinking blankets... same tasteless breakfast for all four days... Receptionist Waleed was a joy killer, loaded wth attitude... location was the only consolation.... i will never recommend this property... Absolute put off.

Corridor noise. soundproofing can be better. Pest control also needs to be done, some cockroaches seen
Breakfast is bought out and served in the room, and is satisfactory though the same on most days. The location of hotel is the best.

Basic things like soap, toothbrush kit, shaving kit were charged. Drinking Water was not complimentary. Bath area was not properly cleaned. Lift was in poor maintained condition. The room corridor was not lit even at night. Balance Payment for the room was taken at check-in. Hotel is not more prominently visible/promoted and no body in the vicinity nows that a hotel exists at that spot. Wifi password not shared at check-in, had to ask for it. I think the complimentary breakfast is ordered from some tiffin mess in the area as they donot have room service, i.e. probably dont have a proper kitchen - at the time of booking this was not clearly specidied. Staff were not neatly and properly uniformed. Looked like some guys had one day decided to start a hotel still dressed in whatever they woke up in. And they did not even offer to take luggage to my room or show me the room. You don't need a huge property and a tons of amenities to offer at least basic things to your guests properly. Please donot take this review as negative criticism for the sake of it, these are basic things you can improve to make the hotel service better. If and when I visit Hyderabad again I would like to stay here again and see the positive changes made.
The staff behaviour was ok. Allowed deliveries through food aggregators. Breakfast was good(I had idli vada, banana and tea).

I was assigned, room no1 which was v close to the reception. The noise levels from the reception were v high and along with the reception phone ringing, incessantly, rest and recovery, were a difficult proposition. Also, i was informed that the breakfast would consist of idli, vada. However, after my breakfast i overheard somebody from the reception mentioning that bread omlette was also available. Bread Omlette is my preferred breakfast, for a working day. Thanks
