The hotel can only be approached from the busy part of this area over a fly over, which is fine by car, a bit less comfortable on foot. It was ok though, so pavements and well lit, so I felt safe enough to walk here by myself after dark. Just something to be aware of.

Lovely big bed, very cheap and not grotty, staff were helpful, taxi ordered at reception arrived on time in the middle of the night - much appreciated.

Someone had smoked in our original room and because there’s no windows that open there was no way of venting it out, they did change our room straight away when we told them

I had a problem with the booking process. The website showed "pay at hotel" after booking, but later, I got many emails asking me to pay in advance outside the booking website. They even said they might cancel my booking if I didn’t pay. This is not right. My booking was 100% payable if I didn’t show up, so there was no reason for the hotel to keep asking for advance payment. If they want full payment, they should ask for it while booking. The booking website and hotel management should fix this problem.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had good facilities, and the location was perfect. Also the bathroom was very small, but it was manageable.

Loved everything about Treebo Airport Hotel lovely Staff, lovely Room, only 4 minutes away from the Airport. Adequate Breakfast would definitely book again. Shame we only stayed 1 night.

I called the hotel from the airport to be told that the booking had been cancelled but on my Booking.com page it showed booked … this was stressful They said that they could give me a room at a different rate of 1800! They agreed the same rate as I had on booking.com when I got there There seems to be a disconnect between their system and the booking. Com system

Really good, functional hotel that's nice and close to the airport. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable. There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it had everything we needed the night before a morning flight.

Breakfast is outsourced so wait time was too much but still the staff tried there best so that no one stays hungry.

Room size could be a bit bigger

The stay was great and very close to airport. Hotel staff were very cooperative as we had a very late check in. Clean property location is a bit confusing on the map still overall great experience

They cancelled my reservation before I got there, and I got there at 3:00 p.m., Then they told me it's going to be more than the price that I had booked it for... But this is nothing new, everywhere I go in India I'm constantly being scammed out of a couple of hundred rupees so I won't be too critical because the staff was very kind. I just wish people would stop trying to scam others out of money all the time, it makes for an unpleasant start to the experience. Other than that everything was perfect.
