Friendly staff and a perfect location close to churches, temples shops, restaurants and the sea. Very peaceful and relaxing after a busy Indian day . Rooms were large and showers hot. House care and reception super helpful too

Breakfast was limited and started very late. Only after 8 am every day. Which should ideally start by 7 am. Room was okay but my TV was not working fully. Lock had issue. Room bathroom don't have all basic toiletries.

The hotel is 400 meters away from the beach. Has a spacious airy dining space on the terrace for breakfast and parking on the ground floor. Has enough parking spot. Enough resturants near by. The rooms are very big enough for a solo traveller or a couple. All toiletries were provided. Rooms were clean. Complimentary water n coffee powder was provided . There was a kettle in the room.

Ambiance is very good and property is so picturesque. Rooms are very good and spacious - value for money Parking available on first come. Property is well maintained Food - excellent and only vegetarian. Outside food also allowed and they provide cutluries. Service / room cleaning only on request :(

We recently spent a wonderful day at Treebo Grace Inn Pondicherry with our family, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations! The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities having very good free breakfast.

Great location, beautiful inside atmosphere, great staff. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had complimentary breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We went for Photoshoot for our prewedding. The Front office staff allowed supported us in making our shoot a successfull one. It was little bit late to check out but they offered grace time without any charges. Will be back here again. Special thanks for allowing camera man and beautician. very very supportive.

Auto charges are little expensive
SUPER STAY. They provided south Indian dishes and I requested to provide bread toast and butter for me. Being a foreigner they accepted by requested and specially provided me with bread, butter and Jam. I appreciate their effort.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The breakfasts had a great selection of foods. The housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast on the roof was a real bonus and had stunning views of the city. Couldn't fault it.

Rooms are very neet and clean. Manager Kannan guided us with all tourist location and also arrange cab for local sight seeing. He also helped us to get entry tickets for Matri mandhir . Mr John orginised the dinning area very well. We checked out early in the morning the hotel staff arranged an auto for us to reach railway station. Extremely happy. Next time will plan better to schedule our stay.

Awesome stay. Couldn't complete payment as I had issue with my card. Spoke to Front office manager Kannan and requested to hold the booking and will pay at the property. I reached property on time and my booking was on hold. Thanks for all the staffs and their ❤️
