Pricey for the facilities, there was nothing apart from the room & breakfast. The breakfast place is not easily accessible, people have to climb 2 floors to get there. This may be okay for most, but a big concern for elders/ pregnant ladies. The breakfast spread remained pretty much the same, could have been better.

I stayed at this place for 4 days and found the room to be neat & clean, but not enough ventilation though. It's the best place to stay during year-end, closer to white town, a happening place with a lot of cafes/ eateries around. The other best part is the staff, they were really helpful and welcoming.

The housekeeping staff went into our room in our absence without informing or asking. One pair of earrings is missing. Moreover, since they came unexpectedly, we had not cleared our things. All our personal effects were out, bags were open. The staff came to clean hence, our stuff was touched without consent.

Very minimal maintenance. Window Curtains were missing, Flush was not working, Fan does not have a regulator, Bathroom is not clean Also, do not book the Deluxe category as they do not open the balcony due to some regulation

Its a very basic hotel. If you are travelling on a week day, its ok as the rate is aroud 2000. For a weekend travel rate shoots up and the facility they provide is not worth it

The location is good, staff is also helpful. But the rooms are quite old, cleanliness is average too. My son is 11yrs but still they charged extra even though it was not mentioned while booking. Breakfast is also very basic not worth of spending Rs 3500 for one night.

problem with payment. keeps rejecting cards and Treebo wants another way to pay. it is a problem between booking.com and partnerships with hotels and their payment systems. no reservation possible even when it claims on site. Same day part-payment required by Treebo which was against the info made available through book.com pillows were not firm. did not give additional pillows. did not provide proper blanket for the extra bed. quite dull decor and some furniture require repaint leaking western toilet no hand wash liquid and toilet tissues. did not refill shower gel at first instant. no room service the second day door slamming many times even after 10pm the address on google maps did not match with the address they have on the hotel parking on side road. it was manageable. 1 hour small window for breakfast no way a claimed 3-star hotel :(

There was no restaurant or cafe available. Parking was limited and is in a one-by-one mode, wherein the front cars need to be removed before your car can be moved.

There are rooms in this hotel which have NO ventilation, no window in the room, no balcony on the floor. Unfortunately, we were put in such a room (no 103) in which it is impossible to tell whether it is day or night as no natural light can enter the room! In fact, it is unhealthy and risky to put up guests in such rooms. This was a major issue and did not expect from the hotel reviews. It was a shock, never had such an experience in any hotel in my life.

The deluxe room which was like a railway waiting room with three beds for four persons. Shifted to standard room for one night having paid for two nights for deluxe room. No refund has been given yet for the second night.

the property is clean and tidy . very good location and parking place available. Very close walking distance to Ganapathi temple and local site seeing . the front desk staff are really friendly and also made sure all amenities are provided. rooms are spacious and hot water is available. Wi-Fi is excellent . Overall very good place for short stay in middle of white town .

Rooms are infested with mosquitoes, bed bugs. Beds and pillow really not at all all comfortable. Some rooms are not equipped with wardrobe. Daily cleaning doesn't happen on routine, need to call the reception for cleaning. In house Restaurant facility is not available.

Location is very accessible from all prominent tourist attractions. Staffs are very pleasant.

Not much customer care. Scrambled tv display and no signal. No towels and other toiletries and the drinking water is charged. Dint feel like a star category hotel. Parking is so steep take care of your car chase.

Room is spacious. Mattress are clean and good. Breakfast was nice.
