Hot water was usually cold. Toilet didn't work one of the days. Room was smokey with a metallix odour, which I think was drugs being smoked somewhere. Small room. Area is a little dirty and far from major attractions.

Nice staff. Easy access to shops, amenities, railway. Comfy bed. Quite clean. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was fine.

Washroom essentials can be improved... rest is fine

I was there for my 2 days conference, the location is prime, nesco was nearby. The breafast was very tasty, and not repetitive. The staff was nice and helpful. They fulfilled all our requirements without any diffulty. I recommend to stay as the hotel is budget friendly and approachable.

Cockroaches and insects in the room. Inspite of repeated complaints nothing was done. Also, the hotel is near a mosque and everyday around 5.00 am there weee prayers recited on loudspeaker which woke us up.

Breakfast: The breakfast was really good. A few different items every day. Good, fresh items. Staff is constantly on the go, cleaning plates and glasses to replace the ones taken. Available to give orders for eggs as well. All in all, a more than sufficient breakfast. Room: Very spacious. Had a big enough bed for myself, my wife and son. Very comfortable mattress. Had a small table and chair, good view outside the room as well. Spacious bathroom, with a separate shower area. Room Service: They have their own restaurant, so if you order more than 500 each, you get a 20% discount on each order placed. Which is a good incentive, because each meal you order will anyways come to atleast 500 upwards, so instead of ordering each item separately, combine everything and order in one go. Very tasty food. All the dishes ordered were good. Indian, Italian and Chinese. Very good cooks. They deliver the food to your room within 15-20 mins, still piping hot and fresh. Staff: Very friendly staff. They were able to handle kids well, which is not the case everywhere. They could speak hindi and english. Very understanding and always offered help for anything at all. Had an issue with the fridge, and called up the reception, immediately they sent up a staff member to help fix the issue. Location: Very good location as it is right next to railway station which has the best connectivity across Mumbai There are grocery stores and a few restaurants within a few minutes walking from the hotel. Excellent for couples, familes and business trips

The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly during my stay. Their lunch/dinner which has to be ordered from the menu were good.

The room rate is expensive, with more attractive Air BnBs offering better value. Getting a good night sleep is often very difficult as there were a lot more disruptions during the night, caused by inconsiderate and rude guests. A lot of these appear to be Indian business travellers who come home after midnight and have no consideration for other guests. Management seem to have dropped the ball when it comes to upholding a standard with this, which is disappointing. Also be sure to confirm whatever 'offer' is mentioned regarding their restaurant (spend a certain amount and get a discount etc), as this appears to change without notice and did result in an argument about what had been promised.

I've stayed at the J Hotel (previously known as Hotel J ESVI) many times over the last 5 years. Although the price is more expensive, it still represents fair value. The newly opened restaurant provides good meals with room service delivery, although it is quite expensive. A lot of the original staff are still here... Radha, Ayub and Rahid are very good at what they do and always go out of their way to help.

We booked for 4 rooms with double occupancy and 1 room with single but by mistake we mentioned 8 people instead of 9. Interestingly charges against the double rooms occupancy was the same what we were paying against the single but Hotel charged almost 2,500 extra since we forgot to mention the 9th Person. Also the breakfast is fixed and portions are small.You need to pay extra if you ask for additional portion.

The location is good for the exhibitors or the the person who is visiting the exhibition. Its hardly 10-15 minutes drive form the NESCO centre and also near to some good restaurants.

There were lots of flies in the room. The room barely had the facility to move around. The location is also next to the train station and hence noisy. The reception staff was not very friendly.

Even though my stay was very pleasant there are a few things that could be improved. While the bathrooms were clean, the fixtures themselves need to be replaced as they are old and rusted. I did notice cockroaches on the floor and one in my room which was taken care of by the housekeeping staff. The rooms were small in size even for a double which is why I booked two rooms for me and my Dad.

Overall had a good stay at this place, staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. We had two rooms booked for about a week and both rooms were cleaned regularly, ACs working well, well maintained elevator etc. Rooms were properly sound proofed which was a blessing considering the hotel is right next to the railway station. Breakfast was average with different options everyday. The location is great as it was easy to travel back and forth with lot a lot of transportation options.

location - it’s 30 meters from the Jogeshwar station. during day time you will find 100s of auto outside station but no traffic jam.there is a McDonald’s in the sae building. if you want to eat outside then Delhi darbar and Delhi Zaika are good restaurants Staff is very helpful. Radha, Sagar and Sumit . one of group members left their phone in the room on checkout but then the staff helped us to find it . I left my book and they find it next day. I saw lots of good comments on review and now I know the reason sound prof- hotel is on busy road you can see the train station but noise inside rooms were clean. bath rooms were clean

The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception person. The lady named "Radha" was bit impolite and bossy, she made us change our baggage from here to there and she was speaking rudly :/ But there were 2 other guys at reception at night (Sumit or someone I cant recall name correctly) both were kind, helpful and polite.

All over everything was good. Location,cleanliness, plus point that we really liked is elevator. As we booked superior room, room size was pretty good and comfortable.
