There were no toiletries in the bathroom, the staff doesn't greet or smile either, very basic and minimal hotel. Nothing great about the rooms, just basic room set-up. There is construction work right beside the hotel and they stopped working at 9:30 PM after multiple reminders.

Close to Phase 1 IT Parks, location is peaceful and quiet. External facade appears well done.

I first booked the standard room but never book it. It is too small and smelly. So, I upgraded to Delux room which was great.

rooms were not as like pictures, it was not value for money, i could have got better room at better hotel in that price. also it’s in very isolated area so for girls if need to travel in night somewhere I did not feel it safe

The staff is highly unprofessional. I booked via Booking.com and placed a request for late arrival on 14th evening. They confirmed but when I reached the hotel, the reception told that my booking was cancelled. I had to book on spot at higher rates. I told for a reservation for two days. The desk took charges for one day saying that it was an advance. The room 103 was good but toilet was horrible. A very short pipe for the faucet, no handwash, used body lotion bottle and the toilet paper holder was broken and roll kept on ventilator. Next day as I was going out, I asked for housekeeping while I were away, the same person on desk told that my booking was only for a day and now all rooms were booked. We had very little time and all luggage unpacked. This gentleman then offered an arrangement of another room but with extra thousand rupees than the previous day. I had no option. In evening when I came to the new room, it was even more horrible. The partition glass separation between the room and toilet had a few places covered by a newspaper but the toilet was 80% visible. TV had hanging wires with no electric connection or any set top box. I called the desk and they sent a highly unprofessional person who asked what was wrong with this and suggested that I could adjust. Then I went to the reception and brought the receptionist to this room. Now he changed the room. Here too things are bad with the toilet and the TV. The curtain on bathroom glass separation is bit short in width and not covering the entire glass. Toilet is visible from the room. Curtain is not there in bathing space one big uncovered window pane exposes the bathing space towards outside of the building. One more thing, the other rooms seemed to be vacant as only a few guests were seen by us. Still they took a thousand rupees extra exhibiting this highly unprofessional approach. I suggest that Booking.com and Treebo should blacklist the property until the things are matched to the standards.

The toilet fittings are old. The shower is outside the tub making whole toilet wet if used. Should be shifted over tub.

Lobby etc very nice. Good responsive, helpful staff.Good value for money. Decent veg only working breakfast with 2 fresh dishes ,toast, cornflakes etc tea coffee.
