IndiaDownside: The room is small even though it was the 2nd option ie (not the smallest option) deluxe room. The corridor is very small & the room opposite is very close to your door so if there is tv/group disc in the room, it is audible in this room Safety latch for a woman traveller like me is a must, should be there
Upside: The hotel is on the main road. There is a restaurant in the same building on the road side where you can have meals. The rooms are clean and comfortable with an excellent ac cooling. This room also had a balcony facing the rail track which I really enjoyed. Service was really prompt. They also provided support since I had come after an overnight layover flight by allowing to check in another room & rest till the deluxe room got vacated

Indiawe were told it’s a buffet breakfast but found it to be a la carte. quality of breakfast was excellent, but when asking for an extra plate of idli vada, staff e mentioned it’s chargeable. they said it’s limited quantity per person. was embarrassed with my guests. ultimately the hostess served what we asked for, but we didn’t need to be refused and then served after we showed them on Booking. com site that’s it’s not mentioned about the quantity.

The hotel location is perfect for any traveller. Breakfast is good. I liked the property's cleanness and the staff's welcoming behaviour. Vegetarian travellers will be lucky as both South Express and Grains restaurants served vegetarian food and both are best in the class and yummy food. Now the hotel opened a new restaurant at ground level and you will get a buffet breakfast.
