We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaLet down was the breakfast provided. The kitchen was badly maintained.
The room was clean. The washroom was clean but the toiletries were not fully provided. If you skip breakfast and want to check in for a day in Chennai then this is a decent stay. It's in the heart of the city.

IndiaHi, I had booked through Booking.com and was to pay the amount as per my booking. But after checking in they said Treebo has a different rate and asked me pay the difference amount. I refused to pay the difference amount.
