The Poor Internet connection

The Hotel location is good, Staff was quite Cooperative, Has clean rooms, washrooms and Linen. However I needed good Internet facility for work and it was not stable. Hotel can improve in that area.

Slightly costly. The place is situated in a lonely area. So walking in the night was slightly scary. The entrance was in the back of the building after evenings

The rooms were quite spacious. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was delicious. The lady prepared the items hot just when we reached the dining table. It was tasty too. The bathroom fittings were working properly.

The TV screen was broken. It did not have all channels subscribed. A few electric sockets were not working. The location could have been at a better place as there were no grocery stores, restaurants at walking distance from the place. The rooms were not sound insulated as we could hear people talking in the adjacent room.

The rooms & the washroom were clean. The corridors were very well maintained. The breakfast was good and had various options in the menu.

When we checked in there was no water in the washroom they gave us another room, however, the same issue with other room as well. After 20-25 minutes the staff told us the over head tank is empty and will take half an hour. The staff should check all the facilities are working fine before guest checkin. After an hour the water supply restored. Thats the only issue we faced otherwise it was a good stay.

Location of the Property was not Properly shown on Google Maps and has some Trouble in reaching the Property Had to input some other Landamark Like Guruji Hospital or Bhosla College and then could find the Location of the Porperty on Google Maps

Wifi

Location was peaceful but difficult to get transport, wifi didnt work for the entire stay, ac had cooling issues but was resolved promptly. Tea satchets were missing, complimentary water was only given on 1st day. Room was very big and suitable for 4 ppl. Breakfast was limited but tasty and served with happy and smiling faces.

Overall stay was comfortable. Room facilities and hot water was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the chef was seeing to all guests personally, making sure if anyone needed anything and making it for them. Location is very near to main Nashik city. Overall great experience.
