Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TV did not work at all No phone to request for room service / housekeeping service No housekeeping happened during our stay
Food was good, however housekeeping fell short of expectations. Room Cleaning service did not happen during our stay. Also, in the room , there were lack of mobile power charging facilities

Everything in the room at bathroom. Curtains horrible, just 1 charging point. Furniture and paint horrible.

The sheets, quilt etc were not very clean & crisp like a hotel of this standard should be. Cleanliness inside the room could be a lot better.
Staff were very helpful & fantastic in service. The location is excellent. Overall the hotel is average & passable. .

No exhuast in bathroom no ventilation. Room size . Breakfast was very limited, restaurant not operational.
Location was good.In the main city. Parking space was there for 3 cars.

1. Food has limited options and repetitive many days 2. Disturbing in night after 10 pm for settling for and drink dues on a daily basis 3. Non Hindi/English speaking room service persons 4. Not enough parking places 5. Need to call multiple times for basic cleaning

Needs more in terms of cleanliness. Floor was having lot of hair, also the bathroom was not upto the mark, toilet rolls for one was missing. Can be improved to make it two notches better.

The app is not customer freindly. Needs improvement. It should be mentioned that part payment shall have to be deposited 48 hrs. prior to the time of check in, else, we don't take responsibility for providing the accommodation. I booked 2 rooms for 4 guests. By nastake, I cannelled my booking. Correcting it, I again booked rooms. By mistake only one guest per room was booked. In hotel I had to pay Rs. 500/- for per additional person. It needs ur attention.
Good hospitality. Prompt service. Well behaved staff.

Staff's inhospitality Poor quality breakfast On checking in was given only one complimentary water bottle for 2 guests n on persistence still the staff was inconsiderate. Though there is in house restaurant, we were asked to dine outside as there was some party. No charging ports or extra pin sockets near bed. We had to remove TV supply to charge our mobiles.

the balcony window space was shared with another room with whom a wall is shared. the wall however has a gap making is very convenient to peek into the other room (the distance was wide enough to pass a glass). this is invasion of privacy and also could be quite dangerous. the interiors need to be fixed. we had to stuff the gap with the curtains and make sure everything was packed. we could also see reflections from the balcony windows. this made us a bit anxious.
staff is very helpful, kind and courteous - prompt and good service. special shout-out to Bhavesh, Ram and the manager at night (didn’t get a chance to ask his name). breakfast was served hot and fresh.

The room was not clean. Fan was on one speed you cannot slow it down. The heater was not working. They charged 500 rs more even it was included in the booking.

Every sound/voice can be heard from adjacent rooms. We reached the place at 2 am and were preparing to rest after a tiring bus journey of 5 hours. A rude neighbor knocked loudly on our door asking us to be silent though hardly any noise was made. The maintenance of the room is not very good. Cleanliness issue was there with beddings and linens. The room booked for 3 was too small to accommodate an extra mattress. Complimentary breakfast option is very limited, only poha/upma was available.
Behavior of the hotel staff was polite. The services provided by them were good. Location of the hotel near the bus stand is an added advantage.
