Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaThe food quality and the hygiene of the upholstery. It seemed unwashed and reused. A little more focus on the seets would create a greater impact.
The room and the amenities were decent. The sheets could have been better. The room service and in house food quality needs to improve as that is one place where this place lacks.

IndiaStaff Attitude - I complained about bad food at reception. The person showed zero empathy. He didn’t even acknowledged. Room cleanliness - The room was dirty, mirror was dirty. Called the housekeeping and they denied to visit the room. No toiletries - No tooth paste. No separate soap and shampoo Parking - Just 1 indoor parking.

IndiaInflexible with check out. We checked in past 7pm and requested a late check out as our flight was in the evening. They refused citing they were booked but we know that couldn’t be true because they asked us to pay a half day rate if we wanted to say. They did not even offer a 1 hr extension. Food is oily. Breakfast does not have coffee. Cleanliness is average. We saw what looked like clean linen and towels placed on the floor outside the elevator

IndiaRooms need maintenance. Ours had a curtain that was coming off in sections. Toilet paper looked liked one that was soaked and dried so it has stains. Noticed fresh sheets and towels placed on the floor. Remotes were grimy. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant. Food was very oily.

IndiaThe option shown during booking (booking.com)was not provided, though upfront payment was made. Instead of extra wide bed (3 members), they gave twin-bed and extra bed on floor; ridiculously arrogant. Worse: front desk staffs never had any qualms about the deviation. Neither did they apologise as a matter of courtesy. It was like “Take it” or “Leave it”. Tried to justify illogically though which confirmed their non-commitment.
Very neat and location is prime.

RussiaWe stayed for only 5 hours in the night because we had a late arrival and an early flight. For this lenth of time we found the room very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The hotel looks fresh and cosy. The guys at the reception helped us to order a taxi.

Venezuelathey charged extra for EVERYTHING. Only one bottle of water was given a day, you had to pay extra for tv channels. the aircon was preset and you couldn’t change the temp. this made the room very hot. the refrigerator provided never got cold despite it being new. the rooms were very small. other guests were very loud after midnight.
