All good in jaguar but the tv s not working properly, complained to the front desk manager but problem didn't solved , apart from that , the stay was good 😊

~ A little unclean overall and poorly maintained. ~ No in-house kitchen. ~ Rooms had average amenities and no hot water in the taps. ~ Extremely slow WiFi.

Location, facilities can be better, hot water wasn't consistent in shower, cable tv didn't work but could use YouTube, breakfast was decent but can be improved

We stayed here for 2 days in premium room.... Staff was very good... Clean and spacious room with 2 bathrooms... So our stay was very comfortable...

Bedsheet and Blanket should be more cleaned. I got a towel after asking. The water kettle was not there.

The service, window view, staffs' behaviour and helpful attitude, fast service room & washroom's overall size, Bed and other furniture, wifi, Location as it is very near to bus stop and main market.

The breakfast was not good at all... needs drastic improvement. Tea was cold , too sweet , food was below average, no butter and eggs with the bread .. the Toaster didn't work 😕 it seemed that because it was free it was very sub standard...

All was good but AC in the room could have been better Also we were charged for a bottle of water.... I suggest atleast 1 bottle of water should be given per day, free. Or there should be a provision of getting a RO water

1. Even though we had asked for room cleaning in the morning, it was not done till late afternoon when we arrived after our outing. Then they informed.will clean in the evening but never arrived. 2. Water refilling is a available in the first floor but twice for us the can was empty and had to call for help. It can be checked and refilled periodically. 3. The coffee available is only branded instant power coffee and not authentic filter coffee even though it is a property in Chikmagalur, the coffee capital. The milk tea or chai was very disappointing. Twice we had ordered, once it was not properly boiled and the next time it was too much sugary. 4. Car parking can accommodate only 3 to 4 cars and it is first come first serve. Otherwise need to park somewhere in the adjecent Street with no view of the parked car.

The property is located in a wider Road and hence it was easy to go to the property by car. 6. Parking is available

Location is a little outside and not in the market area. In house resturant has not yet started, but expected soon, although they have arrangement with a resturant for delivery of food as per menu card.

The property is one year old. Room and amenities are very good. They have a mini library and playing items to pass leisure time.

After booking I got the confirmation message but just 10-15 mins before arriving to the property I got cancellation message. I immediately contacted to the hotel and after some conversation they confirmed our booking.

Location was a bit off but hotel service, hygiene and food was absolutely great.

Nothing that I can think of. Treebo has done a well enough job in maintaining the facility.

The breakfast was appropriate. Everything tasted good and was filling. Location could have been better, but nevertheless we were able to get a hillside view from the room window, so we don't have any complaints.

No geyser. Centrailized hot water system never works during cloudy monsoon weather. We never received hot water for entire two days of stay. Only lukewarm water used to come in hot water tap. They should arrange alternate means of getting hot water like immersion rod as solar water heaters fails to deliver during monsoons.
