The road leading to the hotel was partially blocked with Sand. Kindly remove it to make the hotel more accessible

very good hotel in the price/quality category. There were no problems with hot water, the room was clean, bed linen without stains. Breakfast was delicious, mainly Indian food. The staff was very friendly, pleasant. The location is very convenient! We liked everything during our stay. I can recommend this hotel for sure.

Bathroom not fully functional (hand spray spraying uncontrollably, shower not working properly, hot water hard to control), breakfast on roof top not at all what you would expect for the quite high price. Rather noisy from the street, windows not keeping any noise out. Altogether just not worth twice or thrice the price of a budget accomodation.

Clean room, extremely friendly and caring staff (even got a new year's gift!), cozy bed, free coffee and tea, quite good location.

Extension phone was not working. AC was not ON, hotel shut it off from the Main Line saying it was an off season stay. One water bottle per room was provided per day, which is not sufficient. Atleast One water Bottle per person should be provided. Toiletries were not given until asked.

Staff was supportive. Facility was clean and tidy. Room was somewhat of ok size, but for 2 members It was like a comfortable bedroom. Attached Toilet Bathroom were there - clean. Water Heater and Exhaust Fan was there in Bathroom. Lighting in the room was comfy. Bed was comfortable. Lift was there.

Nothing to dislike. Just be aware that if you come on a celebration day that the roads to the hotel might be blocked for vehicles.

Virtually everything was excellent about this hotel and stay. Arpit who runs the place was super friendly and helpful and the location is a super short walkable distance from the City Palace and many other places of interest. You can walk to Gangour Ghat, Hathi Pole, Ambra Ghat, and buy from many, many shops on the way and get beautiful Rajasthani jewelry, clothing, and items for great priced. We went during Diwali and the roads were blocked for people to visit the local temples. So be mindful of that in case you come during celebration days, autos and cars can't go right up to the hotel. It was very clean and the room had big windows and good bathroom. We also took the half board option and had home made dinner every night which was super convenient and tasty. You can see a view of the city palace from the terrace. It is a very good but not necessarily a luxurious stay. And also great for anyone with a limited budget. Arpit and the others also answered our questions, helped us arrange autos to drive us around all day, and also helped us get a taxi to the airport for a good price.

Very helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable about the location. Every request was attended immediately. The location was excellent, walking distance from the lake and Gangour ghat. The cherry on the top is the awesome view from terrace, especially during dinner. Definitely visiting again.

Staff are amazing and wonderful. Rooms are clean and nenovated, beds are comfortable. For advisory, though, please note that this hotel is located in the old historic part of the city where there is more congestion and activity happening. The city vibe and trafic noise could be an issue. If you like to have a more quiet stay in Udaipur you should consider booking a lodge that is well outside the city's busy central areas.
