There was a issue with the matress as it was queen bed but there were 2 matress attached so due to that the sleep was not well

Rooms are smaller compared to the price. Towels were not provided in room, has to ask for it.

Property location is good but the rooms could have been bigger, there were not towels in the room and I had to ask for it.

The staff are not well behaved. Breakfast is only one forcedly selected item from Hotel staff. When I said we don't eat them. He simply said: you have to pay for any other menu. What a shame!! No dental kit given, no toilet tissue given, no room tissue given.

The reality of property is far from what's shown on site. There is no breakfast buffet. Why did I pay rs 150 per head for breakfast, when the choice was only poha that too bought from a restaurent after 40 mins. People managing th4 property are eating gutka while they talk. No safety on door. We were not given the pass code of the door. There was no hot water. Reception looks like a ghost house.

In the name of breakfast only one sish was given and mentioned this is only available . No one was there to attend in night , people were sleeping. Staff was very casual . Location was not easily traceable as hotel booking name and actual is different . Breakfast was available only by 8.15 am

First of all it’s not a townhouse property. It’s named as Kuber Inn so false listing on booking.com Second fake listing of triple room wherein they are just providing extra mattress and not a extra single bed Third extra mattress provided had big holes in it as it was totally eaten by rats. We checked in around 11:30 in the night and had no other option to stay at that property as it was seriously pathetic, rude staff who charged double for water bottles and failed to refund the same and were back firing us. Worst property don’t even think of visiting.

I think I have had the worst experience ever of staying at a hotel and the reason for this includes both treebo as well as the hotel owner or manager infact my experience includes even misappropriation of money as well...let me the whole incident ,I was traveling with my family which includes 4 adults and an infant child, I reach there at 11 at night and on reaching I came to know that in my booking I had booked 2 rooms but by mistake while booking it was mentioned that booking is in name of 2 adults and an infant child instead of 4 adults which was not a big deal because I thought that booking is done in name of primary guest only and on that the manager demanding extra cash from me, I requested the manager that it was some innocent mistake,I already have 2 rooms booked for which I have the partial payment and it should not be big thing that instead of mentioning 4 adults I mentioned 2 adults but he was only seeing the opportunity to extract extra cash from me not realising that it's 11 at night and I am with an infant child of 7 months but he started demanding extra 1600 from me ,he made me speak with some person at treebo as well,well at the end I agreed to pay the extra 1600 also, but now when I got the find receipt of my stay there from treebo toy surprise there is no mention of the extra 1600 which I paid,which means only that these people in between took it in there pocket..so to summarise they unnecessary makes my pay extra and putting it in there pocket not even mentioned in my receipt,I strongly the treebo should look into these matter as it's a serious concern and definitely puts there brand in question as well, and now coming to the hotel it was unclean,in breakfast they only gave paratha in their uncleaned and unhygienic plates,no body came to carry out luggage as well but the most serious concern is the misappropriation of money which the did ny harrassing and taking advantage of the situation, who would feel safe at such hotels.atleast not me
