Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom fittings were in bad shape. The hot-water geyser is very small capacity. There was paint peeling in several wall locations. The breakfast was packed from outside and of mediocre quality.
The location is excellent and the rooms are very large.

The staff is very unprofessional, lady at the reception is like a collection agent, no courtesy or manners, ruined the whole experience.

Fridge connection should be separate, ice/icecream/cake melts when the keys are out. Eggs not provided for breakfast. Tea sachets not refilled the next day.

The AC cooling was very low. Breakfast provided was sub par standard.

- There is no pantry/breakfast available at the property - Room could be more clean/ bit smelly - There is no number written to connect with reception - Bathroom needs bit maintenance, taps were bit jammed, and window glass were missing.

Breakfast is pretty bad. Zero marks for that. The F&B staff was super rude. Did not offer even a glass of water. Left the breakfast as it is and went outside to eat. Very very very bad experience on food.

Sink didn't drain well but took few minutes to do so. Counter above sink was tilted, so useless. Walls had strange marks and stains on them. A encounter with a tiny bug or two.
Location and amenities are very nice. The space provided is very good for the price and the locality is nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Linen provided was clean, housekeeping service was prompt when called for, and WiFi was very fast. Would have liked to try their breakfast too, but did not find the time to do so.

The setting is like a flat: you have a bedroom, a hall with sofa and tv, as well as a kitchen with fridge etc. Location is good, pune university is nearby. The room was clean.

Staff is very rude specially Mahima and Rakesh they don’t know to speak to customers , they literally faught in front of us for they speak to you as if you r going n staying at their house , they speak very rude I almost stayed for week but everyday they literally harass you for payment and they charged us 900 rs extra for 1 person which is totally unacceptable in 1bhk suite , plus now they are telling us for normal stain on towel has to pay 550 for what??? I have gone to many Treebo hotels but never I face such bad staff they are spooling hotel name I planned to stay for 15 days but after this I don’t think it’s good for me personally.

ONLY FOR INDIAN PEOPLE! But nothing here for this on Booking.com! After booking you'll become strange emails from them to prepay. After the 3rd i prepaid the half price. Then follows also a booking acception once more from them. But helps nothing, no room there. They rebooked me silent to another place 1 hour outside of this place! SUPERSTRANGE! Wanted my money back, but not in cancellation form (maybe charges!), but in a redo matter. We'll see. This hotel shouldn't not be sold at booking.com!

I did this booking late afternoon before starting to drive from Mumbai to Pune. Reached Pune around 19:30/20:00 and they cancelled my booking by when l reached there !
