Property is very well maintained. Rooms and washroom were quite clean . Staff is very helpful. Good car parking space available. Location is near by railway station, appx 500 mtr from railway station. Tourist places are at walking distance. Environment is very peaceful here.

The issue we faced is, the badsheet was not clean properly.

Room and hotel was good.and staff behaviour was very good and cooperative. We were facing the issue in renting a bike the hotel staff help us in that.

I stayed there for 3 days and I didn't open the curtains. On the last day of our stay, I opened the curtains behind the bed where our heads would be. And I found a permently closed window and a HUGE BEEHIVE just above our heads outside the glass window. This beehive was HUGE, 2 feet by 2 feet, if you want measurements for imagining. Hotel staff please get that beehive removed outside room no 303.

The ambience of the hotel is beautiful. Food was good in the restaurant. Hotel staff was courteous and supportive, I was travelling with my wife and toddler and they gave us an early check-in without any extra payment. This was a very pleasant gesture.

It was all lovely, but would have been helpful if the accepted UK credit cards. Also, the text trolling before our stay was off the scale. 6 emails a day and no way of stopping them.

Mattress too soft!

It is relatively new property. Good location. Simple design of guest room. The mattress could have been better. Food is great. Value for money.

Breakfast was good but very limited options that too vegetarian. Better to add some more options considering the international tourist arrival. Towels very very old releasing lots of lints. Water quality for shower looks not so good. My hair got very rough. There was no refrigerator in my room at least.

In spite of making the partial payment in advance, I kept on receiving the reminder emails from Hotel for making the partial payment. Even after checking-in, I received the same email. Although it is a minor issue, hotel should look into it's reservation system and make the necessary improvements.
