It was a bit dusty inside due to some construction work going on. It is not a complaint.

The size of the room was very large. I guess if they add few furniture, it will add value. It is walkable distance from Mapro and the strawberry farm. Finding it was easy. Check-in and check-out was fast.

If you expect location outside, then this property is not for you. The Photos showing here are not actual at present. Though this property is very near to Mapro Garden, proper Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani are far away.

Good Size of Room and bathroom, also very clean (property is just three years old). Breakfast were Ok. At this price, I would say 'Value for Money'

Not really anything that's not to be liked. Only I want to mention that the guys at reception did not regularly sit on front desk and had to be called all the times that we needed something. Still it did not make a difference at all.

The size of the rooms and quietness. The location was great near Mapro garden though the access road was little unsafe. we had booked two side b side rooms and it was all good for a short stay of 2 nights with family of four (a couple and 2 young children).

Parking is not safe, no sufficient Drinking water, wardrobe is missing, electric kettle was there but no water and tea coffee sachet.

Place is just behind Mapro Garden but around 17kms away from Mahabaleshwar centre. A decent place, cooperative staff and owner. Rooms are very spacious.

Found this beautiful stay option in the main area of panchgani just behind the mapro garden. The distance to the resort is walkable. The room & washroom is very spacious and clean. Highly.recommended for stay here. Resort - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 Breakfast -9/10 Cleanliness - 10/10

The hotel is not what it looks like in the picture, the parking here absolutely ridiculous good luck parking without scratching your bumper. The staff is very rude and if youre looking to get a cup of tea at 8:30am in the morning well bad luck the staff will straightup deny and say order complete breakfast and youll get the tea and that too in cups not in a kettle and also dont open your doors even the slightest or youll inhale all the smell of the food thats being cooked two storeys down. Dont try to bring it up with the staff as they are very rude and will walk off while you are talking with them. If you can bear all of this and still pay money then its the perfect place for you or you can find some other hotel for your stay.

Nothing about the hotel is nice or worth the money spent. The treebo customer service is excellent and gave me timely relocation.

In their pictures they have shown an open area placed with tables and chairs. Nothing like that. They have a small open area but it is barren. They can beautify this place and use as garden area for serving tea and snacks. There were no games or space to play for children so it might be boring for them.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights i.e. 5th June till 7th June 2024. The hotel was very close to Mapro Garden. Easily accessibile. The rooms were actually very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were big and very clean. The linens were clean. 10/10 for the rooms and cleanliness. They serve good masala tea. Room service was good. Staff were polite and co-operative. Breakfast were available after 9 am. Breakfast items were limited to poha, upma and tea but whatever they served was good. Breakfast was limited and served in the room. Rest of the breakfast items on the menu were not available. We were sightseeing both the days so didn't click any pictures of the hotel or the rooms.
