The owner is very friendly and is involved with day to day running of the hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are courteous and attentive. There is even covered car parking available, which is a rarity in Pondicherry

1. Car parking space is limited. Frequent in and out is not possible, but can park at night based on availability. 2. The complementary breakfast comes in packed condition, which contains only South Indian dishes, but it was mentioned as continental breakfast.

Room was spacious for a family of 4. The room had 2 comfortable double beds, 2 sofas and center table and a very good balcony. There was a coffee maker. Rest room was very clean. There are 2 restaurants, one south indian restaurant at ground floor and one bar and restaurant at roof top.

Staff services are very poor.we need to follow up multiple times for a single thing.even the basic essentials things are not provided initially in the room.

The management could have advised when we check in that the breakfast was served after 830am and in packets. We had planned for temple trip and 8.30 am was late. They said breakfast was complimentary when in my booking it was stated as charged in the final bill. When I asked for coffee to go with the breakfast they mentioned the coffee is in the room and I can use the creamer as a substitute, it fact there was not coffee in the room. Both days we cancelled the breakfast. The management was very defensive.

I booked a deluxe bedroom . It was supposed to have a balcony . But the balcony they provided was a very thin passage with no view at all .the next building was at arm's length with the view of clothes hanging in their balcony .. Also the breakfast they served was very poor quality . They dint even have a bowl and spoon ..

Location of the property is very accessible! And the best part of this hotel .. Room.size was okay and bathroom.was also okay .. overall it was clean Nad comfortable

these guys dont know anything about logistics…we opted for a higher tier room and when we arrived we were given a lower category room…upon discussion they said it was alloted by mistake and cant do anything about it as all the rooms are full and we will have to adjust…when i spoke about the differential refund they didnt even agree to that

The free Breakfast is a packed mini South Indian tiffin from outside . If you are expecting a buffet spread, then you would be highly disappointed. While the Front Office staff ( Iman, Salman etc. ) are very courteous and helpful , the Housekeeping / Room Service staff are not so professional . For eg , when I requested for Coffee , the Front Office dispatched the Room Service staff promptly . However , the Room Service staff politely refused to get me Coffee from outside ( as the Hotel does not have a functioning kitchen) since I needed only one cup. He then came back a bit later and offered to get me Coffee since another Guest also wanted Coffee. Moral of the story : If you want to order Coffee through room service , make sure you order more than a cup or else get your derriere moving and walk to the nearest Coffee shop yourself.

The location is amazing. The hotel is just opposite the Pondicherry Railway station on the Southern Boulevard with plenty of parking space ( both basement as well as on the Road). It`s brand new , having opened just two months ago and is pretty clean and spanky. And its just 10mins away by walk to the Beach and the Shopping district.

I have booked for a premium room but on arrival was assign a standard room though I was refunded my amount as per the standard prices still was dissatisfied.

The stay was great . The rooms are clear and at a prime location everything is nearby .
