Quality of breakfast should be improved common staff I being used to prepare breakfast along with housekeeping activity washroom cleaning etc , kitchen staff , housekeeping staff should be different, professional manager should be appointed to take care of entire property with professional hospitality

Intercom phone, fan bed switch wasn't provided. There was a power cut for a few hours during the night when A/c, Intercom didn't work(We were told that there was a major power failure in the entire Tirupati City). Should provide important intercom numbers near the phone.

Breakfast wasn't provided. I had a pleasant stay at your hotel on 21st and 22nd April. The room was comfortabe. The A/c was decent, television with Tata Sky connection was given to us. Kettle, Milk/Coffee/Tea powder was provided and I found it useful and convenient. Body shampoo and towels were made available, but paste/brush was provided only on demand. The staff were very courteous.

The Location is nearby the starting point for the temple. It is well maintained and clean. Staffs were courteous and accommodating. I liked all facilities.

Early morning tea or coffee services at 1 or 2 AM you don't get in hotel and have to go outside for early morning tea or coffee

The bed could have been nicer and cleaner.

I liked the location a lot; it was decent and very convenient to go for Balaji Darshan. The room was clean and had decent facilities.

When we arrived the room it was not clean enough. Especially bed sheets and pillows were stinking and we had to report back to reception. Later they fixed it. Please be aware of checkout time. They called me at 11AM for checkout. I think they mentioned in the portal but i wasn't aware.That was a bit stressful especially after darshan..I wished it to be flexible probably that is how it is.. I normally feel it shows be 12

Hotel location is good where we can easily get buses and many food options were near to the locality.

Chai was verrrrrry slow coming in the morning.

The manager on duty, Sunil, was really on the ball. Welcoming, anticipating our needs, sorting out any problems. Makes all the difference. Property was clean, reasonably priced and had just enough parking space for our motorbikes. Little shop downstairs for snacks. Great, wacky, cave-like restaurant (on the top floor of the Pai Regency ? Hotel) round the corner.

No restaurant in Hotel. They bring breakfast also from outside. So we have to find our own places to eat.

Hotel is new and in good location. All restaurants are nearby, walking distance. Staffs are very courteous and supportive.

I did not like the staff asking me for tips as soon as I had checked in . The coffee cups in the room were absolutely filthy. I took photos of this. When I travel I don’t like to be asked to tip because I usually tip when I am leaving and I do it because of genuinely wanting to and not over asked, Also paying over Rs,9000 you would think that the cups would be clean

I paid Rs.9,051.71 for 4 nights, I like the room being spacious, Wi-Fi excellent, Bathroom was large and plenty of Hot water, breakfast was ok … Location was Great…
