Mold in the toilets and stained/torn linen. Breakfast selection was poor and did not look appealing at all, though when we requested for omelette it was nice.

All Staff that we met were very helpful and accommodating- can’t complain. location for Wonderla and Lulu was good.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Zoot Infopark is a great hotel. They are open 24 hours so it doesn't matter if you reach at 2:30 am in the morning. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The location is Kakkanad so you can order food via food delivery apps even at 2:30 am and the staff would happily assist you. The rooms, washroom facilities are excellent, the comfort is great. They have their own leisure area, restaurant. I recommend Zoot Infopark to anyone who's looking for a hassle free and value for money stay. Even their checkout time is 12 pm which was really cool.

The rooms were not smelling good or rather had an unpleasant smell. The description mentions they provide toiletries but got only one shower gel and nothing else. There are not many people to move luggage so we had a tough time carrying the bags ourselves during checkout. Not comfortable and quiet to stay with family. Breakfast is not good and they take long time to prepare and serve , so not worth.

The location is good and easily accessible.

I usually don't mention bad experiences but there was few things which I didn't understood 1st the charges was not the same what it showed on the booking.com website as while we were checking out the amount was higher and they told us it's taxes The amount shown on booking.com was 2185 for 3 people but when I checked out next day they charged extra for a bed as we were 3 and also the bill came upto 3026 so I don't understand the tax calculation here. 2nd the hotel is having a very good parking facility but there is no one to manage that when I wanted to take my car which was blocked by other customer car the reception guys told me that they have the key but there is no one to move the car back And the funny part is they told me to move the vehicle of that customer which I felt unprofessional

Our car that was supposed to pick up someone from airport was blocked by someone for over an hour. Although CCTV was there, the owner could not be located. The night shift person at the front desk could not independently problem solve until the morning shift lady arrived and sprung to action. If it were an airport drop - we surely would have missed the check in time. Internal coordination between manager / front desk can improve. We dropped our bags and presented our ID at front desk before check-in. A few hours later, we got a message from the property that if we did not provide an alternate number or contact them (as we were out of range and could not be reached on the phone) our booking would be cancelled. These things have made us refer our wedding party friends bookings to another venue. The bathrooms did not smell very clean , however, all amenities were provided.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was easy to find. No balconies in our rooms but windows were there. We used the game room which was good.
