That we couldn't stay for a couple of days more.
All the staff we interacted with, the reception staff Mr Shajoo and Ms Sandhya, and other service staff also, were efficient and courteous.

The plush bed ensured restful sleep, the refreshing shower revived me after temple visits, and the air conditioning kept me cool in the Kerala heat. General house keeping. Lot of materials piled up in the corners - could be because of recently commissioned. The breakfast is not that great but was fresh no way matching with the pictures you see in the booking.com site.
The front desk Ms Sandhya was very professional in her dealing. The simplicity of room design is nice. Room well equipped with items.

I had booked 4 rooms, in which 2 were good but the other 2 had a bad smell and when asked about it, the staff leisurely said the smell was from the bathroom and he couldn't do anything about it as there were no other rooms available. Worst experience ever, lost trust in treebo properties.
