When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room did not have windows making it very stuffy. The bathroom was very old and moldy.
The stay is well located and has parking.It offers facilities like air conditioning, smart TV and comfortable bedding.

Not value for money stay, Parking facility is poor. Horrible breakfast, the plates have foul smell of eggs. Dining area is disgusting, we couldn't eat food from there. The food they offered is cheap quality. When we check in the room the bathroom has no body wash, the bottle was empty, not provided toothpaste, toothbrush. We bought it from market later they given the things. The bed and the sheets need to clean proper way, it has stains . So we couldn't comfort the sleep.

The only complaint I would have is that we had to change the first room we had as the curtain and pillows had a bit dirt and the floor in our room looked sticky because they had used too much soap oil while cleaning. But apart from that, the second room was clean.
The breakfast was good. We stayed for 2 days, on the first day, the breakfast was ok, there was no tea and the items were lesser. But on the second day, the items were more and we had both tea and coffee. My only request to the management is spend more on breakfast. Have idli/pongal with vada. If you make uppeettu, please ensure you have some sweet or mixture with it.

Complementary breakfast: There were only 2 dishes (Idli & Upitu), even that was not available by 9:30 am. The tables had a stench. The rooms were much smaller than shown on the photo.
Location was silent. Owner and staff were friendly. Extra bed was provided. AC was good. Easy access to restaurant. Safe place. Easy access. Parking is good. No need to go through city traffic.

Spring mattresses of 8 to 12 inches are very dangerous to spine and gave lots of problems to sleep and the cots are not in good condition. Flooring tiles are very good but stinking. Bath room drain is not proper.

Rooms are pretty small, they can be maintained better. The amount they charge for the rooms - its pretty small and could be better maintained. Breakfast was a bummer. Since dinning hall is attached to a Convention hall, if convention hall is booked then, breakfast is served in Room. They served only Idli and Vada along with tea in the room. They could actually cancel the breakfast. Reception is in 1st floor, once you enter Ground floor, its just walls and a lift. I personally didnt like the entrance but then it could be ignored. For the amount they charge, its not worth the stay.

Breakfast can be improved with a couple of more options. Hygiene can be improved. Towels were not really clean.
