Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Little distant from major attractions. Surroundings location have limited food options though the facility have a decent restaurant.
Have good facilities, badminton and swimming. Situated at a peaceful location. Facilities are maintained well. Staffs are helpful.

The swimming pool is allowed only from 6 to 8 in the evening, and ac was not cooling properly, we had kept it for 16 degree, but still it was not much cool

Few small inconveniences and I hope that they change 1.no free drinking water, once the restaurant closes , and if you forgot to buy water bottle,then there is no water for the whole night. 2.no hot water in the room, even when we informed the staff they assured that it will come but it never did. 3.small suggestion,please keep hand sanitizers in the washroom.
1.The pool was amazing and they maintained it clean and also provided rental caps for 50rs. 2.the rooms were neat and the American motel concept works here nicely . 3.The restaurant food was very delicious and even quantity wise as well it was very good. Also special mention the restaurant was so helpful with storing medicine in their freezer. 4.They have an ample parking space and even charging stations for electric vehicles

Badminton court is leased for professional coaching, and not for leisure play. So it is not available for guests to use. Swimming pool is being used by school kids for training throughout the day... So guests have very limited opportunities to use it. Would hv been better if these facilities were exclusively available for the guests. Location is a bit far from Madikeri and other major tourist attractions.

The room was not that clean. The restaurant was below average and the food was not good. Wasn't that hygienic

The property is located far away from the main town of Madikeri
The hospitality was top notch and the facilities were well maintained. The restaurant had a bunch of options to choose from at a very nominal price.

Hotel abruptly cancelled the booking ..without informing???!!!..what would we do for such a thing where we travel 100 's of kms and came to know that booking cancelled ..it's a bad situation where had to roam for other stay ..this is not a all professional way and I don't recommend this kind of activities ..may for more money hotel has cancelled my booking and would have given to other for higher money

1. property is almost 40 odd kilometers away from Madikeri 2. location is a downhill village - so no feel of hill station 3. property claims to have pool, badminton court etc. But it is only for outsiders as sports classes 4. swimming pool was allowed after we insisted but only from morning 8 to 8pm 5. indoor swimming pool with hot water - but it was hardly warm 6. bathroom within the room has improper placement of comode 7. for a family room, they provide specific sachet of tea / coffee / sugar and 1 bottle of water 8. room has no view. even neighbourhood of hotel is village and mosque
