Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel and bar are in the same block and building. When girls come to stay it is really uncomfortable to stay there. The reception is not in open, it is in a room which is beside the bar. Apart from that there is no disturbance while staying in the room. Also toiletries are not provided properly. Ac is too old and makes a lot of noise. Beds cleaning is not done properly it has hair on it.
Cleanliness, complimentary breakfast is good.

Unless you ask; hotel will not provide even the most basic stuff like soap or spoon. The ground floor has a bar and lots of men in drunken state loitering near entrance - but hotel staff doesn't even bother

There was an unpleasant smell in the room
The hotel is close to a metro station. I was allowed to check in at 8 am, although check-in after 12.

2nd day room was not cleaned / set up. Looking at the main lick of room entry I carried a key.Did not feel safe to leave the laptop. The ground floor is a County lequir bar and shop, so the crowd is not right for the family stay or people going for a holiday. No separate water heater. Require to throw 2 to 3 buckets of cold water to get hot water thru the common heater.
B/F time and service and quality not up to the expectation.

The rooms were definitely not as shown in the photos. The bar at the ground floor makes the place look creepy and unsuitable for families. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. At times not enough were available for guests
The staff were friendly, though we have to ask for certain things like towels, soap and water bottles

Clearly the Food and Beverage and the staff's ability to react to requests. I got a menu from the restaurant in my room. Since i was a single traveler, anything that i would have ordered would have been wasted because of the portion size. I requested the steward to tell the chef to put together a small thali of 1 non veg curry, 1 dal and 2 rotis (they could charge for it appropriately). Not only did he refuse point blank but he also took away the menu saying i need it now at the restaurant. Finally i was forced to order from Swiggy. Next day morning breakfast. The timings are clearly written as 7.30am onwards but breakfast was served only at 9am. a 1.5 hour delay is not acceptable. But i must say that once served the breakfast was decent (idli, Vada and Dosa).
The location is very good. The room that i was given (#108) had too much traffic noise from the road. Maybe a window was left open or you need more insulation, but the room was good. The staff at the reception (a bearded gentleman) was really efficient.

The location is the best.Just 8min away is metro station Hulusuru.Room is clean and you can make your own coffee or tea as well. Breakfast was good as well

DENIED CHECK IN.WORSE EXPERIANCE FROM FRONT OFFICE STAFF.NOT AT ALL WORTH FOR THE MONEY.
COMPLETELY HATED THE STAY.The front office staff was not at all welcoming.Doesn’t know to communicate.Worst experience.They denied check in for us due to technical glitch from the site without even trying to sort issue.loss of money.
