Location is not good. Not the family or kids friendly location. But Ok for single traveler.

There is no attached kitchen to the hotel. Fixed complimentary breakfast served directly to the room was average. The approach road for the hotel is not in good condition, not very long from the Porur main road though. During my stay it rained and the road was all mess and difficult to cross.

The parking facility, cleanliness, lift facility, room service, and room ambiance were good.

Though this road construction work will not do by hotel management and can't blame as well. After rain need to remove shoes and it is not good. But they can request to authority for quick to improve as this is their business.

Breakfast is as usual. But they serve actually late. And it's better if they serve together with tea. Location very good and road side. But main road up to hotel is terrible and cow dung is here and there.

Overall experience is really bad. the reception staff's were so arrogant and so unprofessional. The cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. the bed spreads were not very clean, there were hairs on the bed. there was no shower gel provided.

heater not working. location was pathetic. you cannot park your car. can't even reach hotel in car. need to park in main road and walk with your luggage. no room service. hotel is in a small street or lane. cost is too much. but no soaps, shampoos. unclean towels. worst pillows. heater is there but not working. no response from the staff. reception is waste and useless. whatever you say they don't bother.breakfast is pathetic. no taste. no variety. overall don't book this hotel. you will suffer a lot.

I personally got the property phone number from your site and confirmed the booking at 6:30 pm while travelling to reach there and when I reached property at 12:10 the receptionist said the booking was cancelled and not responding in a proper way .then at the middle of the night I had to stay in other property worst behaviour

I stayed (B3 - 21-23Jul) there but I'm not happy because of below reason : - Location is not familiar with anyone , even OLA taxi because of multiple hotels in similar name. I paid double charges in first day because of this. - I stayed 2 days but no one cleaned my room in my entire stay. - Some of the staff like Assamese boy (I think Goal) is very friendly and helpful. Generally, no one doesn't know what is custoner service I came for a treatment purpose, I was planning to stay 6 days, luckily paid only for 2 days because of new name. I checked out today morning around 9am and moved to Palette-hotel Chennai Le Palace for remaining days.

1) hotel manager was rude 2) place looked quite unsafe, poor lighting . Even the hotel front board had no lights 3) payed 3 k for a room which didn't provide any basic toiletteries like tooth brush and paste 4) morning breakfast - idly was spoiled 5) there was no washbasin to wash hands. They provided a bucket of water and asked to wash hands. No soap nor washbasin available in restaurant . I have attached the pic as well

The booked room though I had to pay in advance wasn’t ready when I arrived at 9pm. Then it was very damp for long. The cleaning of bathroom consisted in splashing water all over and not drying. The toilet seat hadn’t been wiped for long. When I did it as I usually do in such hotels the wet wipe was grey. So the staff is poorly trained. It had cockroaches, not the big ones but middle and small.

Check in was not smooth because of mismatch in booked occupants between booking.com and treebo. Drapes and pillow covers were stained with hair follicles. No option for breakfast just have to eat whatever they provide. Road to hotel is a nightmare and that too when it rains you have to go through puddle of mud.

1. They are charging 2% more on card transaction. We are already paying including taxes. 2. No parking provided 3. Bedsheet and pillow covers are not good. Getting smell. 4. Locality is worst. 5. Breakfast is not good. Overall worst experience with the hotel
