Owner always asking money for small small stuff, Laundry price per piece wash they charge 30 Rupees which is really 4 times higher then regular market price

Location far from Main Road, but atmosphere are good, only Owner of property is narrow minded

I was surprised to be woken by a phone call at 0640am asking if I wanted tea or coffee. Warning in advance would have been nice. It was also a little uncomfortable to be staying in quite an isolated area alone, as there were no other guests most of the time.

The aircon was working and there was hot water for washing which made a great change from hostels!

Underground room. AC outlet pipe in bathroom leading to wet bathroom floor. Linen was advertised as spotless, but this was not the case in reality. Multiple email notification for pre-.payment received whereas booking.com showed "no prepayment required " while doing the booking.

Early breakfast provided on request. Room upgrade option was available. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation. Staff also guided on options for local sightseeing.

The hotel is located on the curve of the street so people honk their horns approaching the curve. There was no one at reception when I arrived even though I provided my arrival time. By the looks of the registrar book, I was the only guest. I have no idea why the guy wasn't at the desk. The room was fairly clean except for the dirty walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go back to reception to get a roll. The corridors were dirty with a trail of ants. I had an uneasy feeling staying at this hotel. The reception guy had the nerve to ask for a tip as I was leaving. I have been traveling for 13 months with two weeks in India so far. This was the first time anyone at a hotel asked for a tip. My tip would be do your job.

The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. Make sure you flip the switch at least 5 minutes before the shower. The a/c and ceiling fan worked well. The breakfast was good but the guy from reception hovering over me watching me eat was awkward.

For the money, there could be some more items provided such as kettle+tea/coffee/sugar (kettle was provided on request). Location is relatively far from beach. Breakfast was functional, but chutney and sambar were quite watery, so was the tea. Minimal spread of b'fast. Breakfast time and quanity was limited for similar hotels. The paid coffee was excellent, and it would be worthwhile to provide better tea in breakfast.

Good clean place, cooperative staff. Place has an elevator which made moving easy. AC & geyser in room was optimum. View from terrace is good. Parking was adequate and easily accessible. Manager was very cooperative and helpful. Water bottles and breakfast provided as part of package. The design of passage is very airy with good ventilation. A very fresh feeling overall due to free flow of air.

During power cut, generator was not switched on. Hotel team said due to Earthing issue, it was not switched on.

A/C with three bed accommodation is booked. But received only A/c with two bed facility. One bed is kept in separate room without A/c. They have charged for A/c accommodated for all three persons. But I dont have received the facility even after I have paid for that. Cleanliness is medium. There is no lift facility to approach the room underground to first floor. This will affect normal travel of senior citizen. Overall High amount is charged for the less facilities.

Parking at the ground seems very safe. Behaviour of staff is very polite and good. Helping mentality is one of the appreciable one with the reception and helping staff..

Location was a bit far off from the tourist places but that was okay for us since the stay was very quiet. But Restaurant facilities should be vastly improved as nothing was available near by. We had to travel spending money for food
