GermanyA channel guide to the TV channels would have been very helpful. I wanted to watch some sports channels but couldn't find the correct channel numbers at all.
The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The bed sheets were little damp due to humid weather, but the room service immediately changed them. Breakfast was good.

I had booked superior deluxe 26sq.mtrs. room with sofa and extended space (as it appeared in photos) but room did not happen to contain such amenities. In fact the size of room was small and ordinary type. Somewhere i feel as i have got cheated here!!!

United KingdomThe reception staff were appalling. They didn’t know words such as welcome, hello, thank you, sorry etc. OR maybe these are only reserved for certain folks. The shower head was broken and despite me informing them I had to tell again after being away for the day visiting sites, returning for a badly needed shower that I couldn’t take. I had booked a double bed but the tried to fob me off with twin beds, only to grudgingly find me another room after I showed them the booking confirmation with the details. No apology for either issues.
There wasn’t much to like.The location was good.
