In addition, there are a few aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, the soundproofing in the windows could be enhanced to minimize outside noise, contributing to a more peaceful environment for guests. Secondly, expanding the room service menu to include a wider variety of options would be beneficial, especially considering the absence of an on-site restaurant. Furthermore, allowing the visit of friends or family members with prior confirmation from the guest could be facilitated as a mere formality, without unnecessary delays at the reception. Lastly, providing more hygiene essentials in the bathrooms, such as additional toilet paper and amenities like toothbrushes and razors, would enhance the overall guest experience.

Surrounding were bit noisy and wifi connection was not that good. The festival was going on, so outside music could be heard and the wifi connections were showing 3 bars.

Location, Staffs were cordial, Cleaniness, Rooms. The hotel is near the metro station, so it is easily accessable also most of the big malls can be easily visited. All the staff members were polite and cordial and agreed to most of my request. The rooms were neat and clean.

The linens were old and fraying. The AC did work but was too small for the room. It would have been great if there was better soundproofing from the outside as well.

👍The property is very accessible to the 🚆metro station as it was only around 4minutes walk and there’s Infinity Mall for quick grocery shopping! 👍Should you wish to dine out, up north there’s Tea Pea Cafe which was a good place to dine although the hotel offered lunch/dinner for a very affordable price! The hotel staffs and were so helpful and ready to assist you with anything they can do to help e.g directions how to go to Sanjay Ghandi National Park! Tisha (the very approachable front desk) always take an extra mile to help as well as the Manager Sir Naveen! I like also the Poma for breakfast!

Hotel is a bit hidden between large dormitory and office buildings. But therefore no traffic noise. Hotel is super equipped and very clean and well maintained. Neighnourhood is not the best, but very easy to explore the northern parts of Mumbai by Metro and reasonable easy to explore central and southern Mumbai (by Metro/Train).
