Two things could've been avoided - the towels were not clean enough. They looked washed but had stains from previous use. And second, the duvet when pulled out from under the mattress had red ants on it. We had to discard using that and thankfully had our own sleeping bag and cover sheets to use.
The room was fantastic at a great price! Clean and well kept.

Did not stay in Treebo Lalitha as the Hotel was insisting for payment of 50 percent advance despite Clear advise from booking.com that no advance payment is required . Request booking.com to review this aspect as there is an inconsistency regarding advance payment .

Payment Miscommunication: Booking.com indicated I could pay at the property, but Treebo insisted on upfront payment, which created confusion and frustration. (Unacceptable) Room Condition: The room was small and had visible damage, such as a chipped table and a dirty bed headrest corner with spider webs. Noise Levels: The noise insulation was poor, and I could hear every small sound from outside, making it difficult to relax. Poor Staff Service: My check-in was delayed by 45 minutes, and despite reminding the staff multiple times, the room was not cleaned or restocked with towels and sheets without follow-up. Personal suggestion: The TV device names were all set to default, which made it hard to identify which TV belonged to my room when trying to Airplay or cast. Recommend changing it to Room names or something similar for easier identification.
The property is located in a relatively new building with decent infrastructure. The room itself had a comfortable bed, though the overall space was smaller than expected for a "DELUXE" room.

The breakfast buffet is very average like all treebo hotels. Can be managed better.
It is a new property, and the rooms were very clean airy and big. The location is excellent, its just 5 mins walking to the beach. Staff were very courteous and helpful

They give more important to money than customers I got skin allergy after staying in treebo lalitha rk beach While housekeeping they won't change proper bedsheets it ll be not even washed..😡 They don't even keep water bottles daily in rooms we should go to reception and ask them twice for water bottles. While vacating room I payed my balance amount Rs 8,266/- they didn't let 10rs also even if I have no change they collected it finally.. After paying balance amount I asked them for water bottle they said to pay 20rs I ll give water bottle which is too bad👎 I have stayed there over 6 days included breakfast I just had my breakfast for just 1 day. And While check-in I have checkined 3 hrs late & while check-out also I have went 4 hrs earlier. They didn't atleast consider all this while asking money for water bottle and while vacating they didn't let 10rs also even I don't have change they said to do phonepe finally I found change in my wallet and gave it them😏 Finally my experience in "Treebo lalitha,Rk beach" is 0/10👎😡 poor Included free breakfast not good👎 People think twice before booking this hotel there are several best hotels in vizag... Thank you

The location of the hotel is walkable distance to RK beach but near the hotel we didn't find any medical store any grocery shops anything like that
