United KingdomRoom was very small with a tiny window. Felt claustrophobic at times. Hotel was quite noisy - it is definitely not sound proof as mentioned on booking.com. They don't accept international cards so I had to take a lot of cash out of cash machine as i stayed for 16 nights. It would have been helpful if they mentioned that beforehand. As I was checking out I was asked to pay another 500 something rupees despite having payed the full amount due days before checkout saying that it's tax imposed by booking.com. And I didn't have sufficient cash on me, and of course their cash machine did not acceptedmy visa card. Very stressful. Unfortunately it left me with the feeling that they were trying to con me. Not nice at all.
All staff members were very nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was reasonably comfortable, AC worked well, good shower pressure. Location is good near shops and restaurants.

IndiaAt 11:30 PM, Hotel West Blue called to confirm my arrival, and I assured them I was coming. My flight from Jaipur was delayed by 30 minutes, so I arrived at 3 AM. I attempted to call the hotel about 12 times, but the calls wouldn't connect. I contacted a nearby hotel for directions. Upon arrival, I found one staff member sleeping. For breakfast, they served puri sabji, and I requested Booking.com to add the breakfast menu. The next day, I asked them not to serve breakfast due to numerous mosquitoes in the room and the poor condition of the pot. It was a very unpleasant stay. I paid them 9660 rupees, which is not worth for this type of hotel and staff.

SingaporeRooms are in a terrible state and urgent need of upkeep. Mold in rooms. Shower not working. Piping hot water from the shower tap. Overall, for the price we paid, this was the worst. I'd pay half the price to stay in that room. Or honestly, I'd never even step foot here again, or recommend it to anyone.

IndiaThe room has cockroaches. On approaching them they denied it's possibility and asked me to call them if i found more. Basic toiletries and tea/coffee room supplies were missing/not provided. Their towel smelled of usage. The window side seating has fungi growing on it. I was denied my breakfast even though i paid for complimentary breakfasts being part of the cost during booking.
The location and convenient walking distance to work was the only thing that kept me from reconsidering another booking.
