-If I want to say something negative about the nature of this hotel, it would be the fact that, the entrance door opens to a very crowded road with high speed vehicles.

+Breakfast: EVERYTHING at breakfast was delicious !!! Some hotels have a huge range of items and nothing is made with much care. At this hotel, there are so many options AND all of them are really good. I can’t believe how good their breakfast was. +Staff: The staff is painfully kind and nice. They give you the feeling that they truly care about you and I believe they really do ! We stayed in another famous hotel in Agra and the staff was quite pushy and demanding five star reviews which was very off putting. Here at Trident, there’s nothing like that. Almost everyone spoke very good English which was surprisingly rare in Indian hotels. +Swimming Pool: Swimming pool was spotless clean with so many beds around it. +Design: Their lobby is really cool. The design and decoration of the whole place is a work of art. It felt like a travel in time to an era where flowers and wood are the main decorative items. +Rooms: Our room had a lake view and it was worth EVERY PENNY that we paid extra for it. This hotel is a dream come true, specially as a romantic hotel. Their rooms are not super fancy. They give you a cozy and warm feeling of being home. Yet, they look stunning just to look at. +Shows: They had live performances such as puppet show, lac bangle making, and Rajasthani Dance.

The property was extremely clean and really well maintained. The staff was excellent and really great in their service. Rohit’s team, including Aditya, Akash and Chef Ajay from the kitchen, made all our meals exceptionally pleasant. The service at Trident Jaipur was really great !

Bar closes at 11 pm, which is too early. Pool closes at 7 pm, which is also too early.

The puppet show is what I think does not fit at all to this nice hotel. It is like something you would see on a street but not here. It lasts only 1 to 2 min. and after that the performer expects you to pay for it, which is something you do not expect when you go to see it.

The staff and the service that you get in this hotel and its restaurant is the best. The Food at the restaurant is really good. So you don't need to look for other places for eating while staying here. The hotel amenities are really good and comfortable.

When we asked for a taxi to Delhi the price was over double what we paid when we booked outside the hotel.

I really can’t complain, it was a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous location, right on Jal Mahal. It is a quiet place away from the chaos of Jaipur. Property is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to help. The location is away from the chaos of Jaipur but also away from lots of restaurants and shopping (though there are local textiles and jewelers near by). It’s close to Amer Fort, it was the perfect place to recharge after a few days of sight seeing in central Jaipur.

Being a 5 star location you have to consider prices when choosing this hotel as it comes with the territory

If in house guests could be asked to dress more appropriately for breakfast Also pool timings to be till 8:00 pm atleast

Our stay at Trident was amazing. We were here for two days after arriving in India and we had a great time. It was close enough to Jaipur centre whilst also being a calm, safe haven in a hectic city. The staff was tremendously kind and helpful. We actually came back for another night despite having booked a different hotel - we simply missed Trident too much. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, right on front of Jal Mahal. Friendly, professional staff. Chef went an extra mile to cook local delicacies to our taste. Wonderful property.
