Sufficient Tissue role should be available in Toilet. The Hotel team can take some steps to reduce noise of room from the road side. Although the sound was not that big issue for me while sleeping.

Location of the Hotel was best. Just walking distance from KalVairav Mandir and KashiVishwanath Mandir. The restaurant in the hotel offers great breakfast and food. The rooms were clean and good as per photos posted.

Can get noisy. Limited English breakfast choice. Very disappointing that there was only one fruit choice everyday, considering that one saw so much fresh fruit for sale when out and about.

Good location. Reception staff, especially Ishika, and porters were very good. Restaurant staff were polite but needed more training. Had to ask for a teaspoon everyday. Not enough cutlery on the table either.

The hotel is right at the footsteps of main road. Those who plan to drive with own car must be cautious that the road can be closed for access. Also, there isn’t much room for parking. Our car ended up stopping at outer city and we had to take tuk tuk to the hotel. Avoid tempo or any large cars to the hotel, as there isn’t any room for parking. Each time we had to use our car, we had to take a tuk tuk to outer city and then use our car. Hence, plan in advance to avoid disappointment. It was completely inconvenient for us.

The hotel is very centrally located with just walking distance to Kala Bairavar Temple. It has one of the best high class vegetarian restaurant in the city. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant. They have good bakery and tends to bake delicious breads and biscuits. Have a tea with their home made biscuits… wow awesomeness.. rooms were decent and gets cleaned regularly

Area of improvement: 1. House keeping no 400 don’t pick up calls. You have to call the reception for room service. I asked receptions for handtowel & glass one night & didn’t get it. Next morning again i called them still it didn’t come after 20 mins again I reminded them. 2. Three pin socket charging is not there near the bed. Only USB is there. 3. Wifi doesn’t work at all. 4. Tea was never upto the mark.

1. Restaurant staff made sure we get the yummy breakfast with excellent service. We were late for the breakfast they made sure we had everything. 2. Excellent location since Kashi Vishwanath temple, Kaal Bhairav temple are walkable distance. Also Vishwanath Misthan bandar food is awesome & I highly recommend for food lovers. location is safe too. 3. Hotel interior is beautiful.Room were neat & clean. I think hotel deserves a 4 star rating. 4. They have a little gym to explore which hardly 3 star hotels have which made my stay memorable.

They could have been more helpful

The staff of hotel were not cooperative when it came to reaching the hotel by our car. We hired e rickshaws to reach the hotel but the e rickshaws were also stopped 100 metres away from the hotel, hotel staff didn't help with moving luggage

The hotel is located in an area where cars were not allowed and hence we had to take another e-rickshaw to travel for 2 kms from an intersection. Moreover, long queues to the Kaal Bhairav Temple pass in front of the hotel for most part of the day. The room service is pathetic and some of our ordered food never got delivered, while others were delayed for over an hour. The breakfast was average, except tea which was good.

The rooms were reasonably clean, though bathrooms could have been better.

Hotel is in a very crowded location which can not be judged by the available information on the app. Hot water was an issue in the evening time. it took 15 m wastage of running water to get a mild hot water. Door Lock was defective. Looks Very old hotel

Hotel Tridev is well situated and convenient. The room was spacious, neat & clean. We had a wonderful experience and the staff were friendly & helpful. Our laundry was ready on time. Sandhya at reception was excellent in ensuring our needs were met. The restaurant serves the most delicious vegetarian meals, to the point that we had all our dinners there. Will definitely book at Tridev again on our next visit.
