Some items in the rooms looks old and not properly maintained like the bedsheets, pillow cases etc. But still acceptable from what we paid.

The staff are helpful even some of them couldn't speak or understand English but they tried to help me on my queries. The bed is comfortable, the toilet is clean which is i am very specific.

Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful , kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway) We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Jaipur. Thanks 🙏 so much!

As per the location is good for visiting forts. Althought all the main places are near by and is commutable by tuktuk and ola,uber. One can walk down to jalmahal. Near by eating hub

Nothing major but sometimes it can get noisy. The rooms are not sound proofed. And the room we took was a little disturbing as it was close to stairs and the staff or people using stairs was quite loud and it was a bit disturbing.

The staff were helpful they were welcoming from start as we entered. They did not mind showing us the rooms before taking the payment unlike other experiences in India. The rooms were clean and tidy. The amenities were readily available. Staff attended in quick manner whenever we called for room service. The location was very close to major tourist attractions. The breakfast service was also very good, different varieties.

The beds were uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality. The provision of only two small water bottles per day felt insufficient.

The staff was very attentive, especially Poonam, who took great care of our infant and his food needs. The breakfast was simple, decent variety. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore Jaipur.

The staff at the Reception are so helpful = They went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable. Rooms size and cleanliness was good. Breakfast was just about average - good enough to ensure you are not hungry.

The breakfast was not great for travellers from Europe, some cleanliness issues with the room, after moving a bedside table significant amount of dirt was behind it.

Staff reacted very quickly to any issues raised with them such as request for help with A/C, missing towel replacement or bottled water for the tables at breakfast.

The area although handy for sightseeing is very dirty and intense as there are lots of people hassling you as you step outside.

We had booked a family suite but on check in we were informed that the same was not available. However, we were accommodated in an adjacent twin room which was also good. Though the hotel is nearby to major tourist attractions but the locality where the hotel is situated is not up to the mark.

Rooms were decent and clean. Food was delicious 😋 Breakfast spread was very nice and tasty. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Stay was quite comfortable.
