Great spot to recover from a long flight. I felt welcomed, safe and secure. Super hospitable staff and management. Yummy food and comfortable bed.

Warning: This is a building site and only if you fancy heavy noise from tile cutters, sawing machines etc from 7am to 7.30 pm, you should stay here. The builders even wash off their sweat and dust in the pool. This was a 4 days nightmare and resulted in a substantial refund.

Cost per night was too high almost close to some of the really good hotels in Europe but the service, facilities etc were not on par. Mosquitos was a big issue for us. Staff was reluctant to order us Uber or Ola and were quoting extortionate amount of money for a short taxi ride to the airport which was less than mile from the hotel.

Every year or so I used to stay at this hotel. Excellent location,very comfortable rooms, great swimming pool and nice staff; I also like the general concept of a "Garden hotel", with plants and flowers everywhere. Unfortunately our stay last year was ruined by the renovation of the upper floor, which created neverending noise and dust. Unfortunately, one year later, the renovation work was still going on, so I had to endure drills and sledgehammers working a few feet away from my room several times during the day, and even evening...(they gave me a room right underneath the renovation work, I still don't understand why) Definitely an unpleasant experience, which ruined most of my stay once again. It is a pity, because this hotel could be a very pleasant one.

Bathroom flush not appropriate, bathroom mirror is full of rust at the corners and it seems poor maintenance. Being a reputed hotel, they didn’t arrange a vehicle for the day i stayed.. had to depend on Ola/Uber.

Creaky mattresses I was put in room on 2nd floor. An entire 3rd floor is being built. Work started around 0800 and continued past 1800 hrs. It was very noisy in the room during daytime.

Nothing. The picture does not correspond of what you get. It was looking like a well maintain place which is a lie. This place need a serious maintenance. The paint in the room are peeling. So old fashion for the price compare to an other option san me price. The breakfast was horrible too. Not suitable for foreigner. Very shabby

They didn't provide any basic toilet accessories or clean towels, and even the bedsheets were not very clean. Apart from the location and ambience of the property, it is not worth spending the amount they are charging

The noise of under construction when you are in the swimling pool. The noise of under construction just in front of my gate at 8h in the morning. The oppressive and embarrassing gaze of the Indian clients in the swimming pool.

The best first stop in Trivandrum! Very close to international airport, car pick if you want, spacious rooms, stunning swimming pool, delicious coffee and caring staff, I only stayed one night and didn’t had breakfast, but I felt so good during my stay and again spacious and clean rooms!
