Not hot water in shower the first morning.

The rooftop restaurant was one of the best features of the hotel. Beautiful weather and open air dining after a long day out sightseeing was relaxing and the food superb. Could not fault the staff. Service was top class.

Not much...no gym but wasn't expecting one.

Loved everything about this hotel. Fantastic heritage property with amazing spaces on every floor. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the rooftop restaurant/bar was excellent. Would recommend for anyone looking for a change from the average chain hotel.

WiFi intermittent, but usually resolved by Bharat (our hero) at reception.

Atmosphere was conducive to comfort. Relaxing and authentic. Restaurant was excellent. Generally good place to stay for money paid.

Elevator could be busy during morning "rush hour" to breakfast and checkout.

Stunning hotel, giving you a feeling that you have a stepped into Aladdin's world. My Dad said that this is exactly the kind of experience he was expecting to have from a hotel in India. Great exotic design. Rich breakfast. Family rooms are very large. Very clean. Staff were great.

The pillows weren’t the comfiest and made us a little restless, but other than that a perfect stay. Our room was a bit smaller than we expected but still very beautiful.

This is a fantastic hotel, it is so beautiful and unique. We loved the architecture of the property, it’s such a beautiful building, facilities were great, nothing to complain about. The food was fantastic some of the best we’ve had in India and the staff were wonderful, always so friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed help with they were on hand to sort it, I would really recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jaipur, it’s a very central location so everything is easy to get to but it’s down a side street so away from the busyness. Khet Singh was absolutely wonderful a lovely man and remembered our orders, favourite table and everything we needed, thank you to all the staff but especially to Khet Singh who went above and beyond.

A lovley stay for three nights close to the attractions of Jaipur, nice restaurant and wonderful reception staff.

Balcony faced straight into rear of neighbouring apartment block. Pool has very limited sun lounges and shade. Location is isolated from the old city and attractions, not many other dining options within walking distance. Very limited fort view from restaurant.

Everything was as advertised. Nice rooftop restaurant, large and extravagantly decorated rooms. Excellent friendly service and attention from all staff.

The bathroom was a bit dated

It’s a very pretty building with lots of interesting areas to sit in. The Royal suite was amazing with 2 double beds and lots of room with seating area. A nice peaceful place away from the bustle of Jaipur

Absolutely nothing

What a treasured find. An absolutely extraordinary and quirky hotel with fabulous staff, stunning architecture and a really comfortable room. Set in a central position, it was perfect for us and, despite my wife’s disability, we were constantly overwhelmed with the care we received. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Entertainment every night supplemented the amazing quality of the food. Breakfast (included) was exhaustive and flavoursome. Extremely helpful front desk who were constantly looking for ways to help and enhance our stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Great food. Unique interiors. Perhaps a bit overdone. Could use a bit toning down of the rajasthani-ness. But all in all great value for money and a nice place to stay for a couple of days

It was a bit far from the pink city and more central bits so we found it quite challenging to find rickshaws or Ubers. However, if you planned in advance the hotel would help you arrange transfers.

Very beautiful hotel with ornate decoration. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had some of the best food we had all trip with good evening entertainment. It was nice to cool off in the pool although it was quite cold!

Having booked a suite with balcony, was offered a deluxe room with no balcony, when questioned was offered another deluxe room with balcony, eventually was offered the suite we had booked and paid for.

The hotel staff was very reliable and helpful. Facilities were so charming. It was also a very quiet location (for a busy city standards) but still central. The hotel has also great restaurant on the roof top with good choices of dishes and drinks.

Found the entertainment during dinner a bit annoying as it was the same routine and songs every single night for 2hrs.
