The hotel did a bait and switch. They did not offer the room that was confirmed with booking details. This is not a hotel rather a lodge and did not meet the expectations for the money we paid. My recommendation is to stick with reputed hotel chains who offer better service and value for money. This is the first time I had to write a review in booking.com and my terrible experience have forced me to do this.

There is no gym. While Driver assigned to us was nice, he only took us to expensive places to shop and dine. Best thing to do is to research where you want to go.

wi fi was not working. As booking.com says its a 4 star property but it doesn’t look like. even the washroom were tacky. need to work more which property should be placed in 4 star. As per my opinion it should be 3 star.

The charm and style of the property is really nice. The staff are so friendly and the evening gypsy dancing and roof top restaurant was very enjoyable.

hotel promises to free pick up from railway station but they didn't provides any transportation. when I contacted the hotel at 10 pm from rly station the reply was negative. I came to hotel by hired vehicle.this is a fraud promise.

The hotel is not a Palace but a building done up as a Palace. When we checked in and requested for water the front desk staff offered a plastic bottle in use without glass. Me and my wife fell sick after having dinner as part of room service,.

Only saving grace was the buffet breakfast.

We both got food poisoning from dinner at the hotel. From looking at the reviews, it seems it has happened to other guests as well in the past. To make matters worse, the toilet was not flushing properly, making it impossible to dispose of the constant diarrhea. The staff was responsive and unclogged the toilet promptly, but somehow by morning it wasn't flushing properly again. The pressure must be too low. I spent the night vomitting in a bucket wondering if I should go to a hospital. The manager still made us pay for dinner after this ordeal, which is absolutely unprofessional considering the circumstances. The kitchen needs to change asap; until then, I can only give the lowest rating to this hotel for poisoning us, unfortunately.

They gave us a room on the top floor which was a bit small in size than others without giving any option. And the lift was not working for 2 days so we had to go up and down by stairs

Lots of hair on our beed sheets, was not an issue to get it changed but still.. We were woken up early because they did construction works in the corridor at 7 o‘clock in the morning, after a long trip not the way you want to be woken up. Tacky decoration of rather low quality, „heritage style“ basically means a fake copy of what you would get in an actually heritage hotel, so don’t be fooled by that.

The food at their restaurant was good, the staff kind and helpful.

Broken aircon TV not working. Only one working wall plug. Paid for deluxe room but ended up staying in standard room due to faulty aircon. 2nd bedroom had the non working tv.
