We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Did't received the dental kit, as well as didn't received any complementary instead of breakfast.

Not worth to money. Some what expensive because same type of hotels are available in the low price range.
Nice staff, rooms are clean, towels are also neat & clean & beds are comfortable.

Bathroom had no fitting to keep / hang towels Also jet spray was broken We had to keep tap on and remove 5-6 buckets of water post that only hot water would flow This is wastage of water

They can repair their room walls and also wash their bedsheets
The property was good, but they could have maintained. The rooms properly like the bedsheets were a little dirty. It could have been better and also there was leak leakage near the bathroom wall, the AC was working properly. The fan was good. They also offered complimentary breakfast as well, so that was a good thing to add into it. Overall, I stayed only for one night so yes, this is my feedback for this day.

- toilet flush, toilet hose didn't work at all, we had to use the bucket to flush. Cold water tap under the shower didn't work. We had to use the shower very, very quickly because the water was getting very hot, and it was painful to wash away the shampoo. - there was mosquito net on the windows, but when we left the window open for the night, the mosquitos found their way through a gap where two sliding windows overlapped - breakfast was big, but the quality would need improvement. We had 4 puri per person, which were very greesy and looking quite dark and not smelling well
- the room was big, clean and quiet - the hotel is located in a quiet street away from the city centre (20 min by tuktuk/car to the central bus station and to the city centre Shahgunj) - there is a quite a big selction of restaurants in the surrounding area, Conaught Place, some 5 min walking distance, quite a modern and neat area where young peolple meet, with street food and affordable prices. (in the centre there were very few restaurants) - there was a window in the room, and the room was bright - we were able to check in early in the morning after a long night bus ride for an extra 500rs - the hotel was close to CIDCO bus stop where the bus dropped us off before the sunrise

The staff is very supportive and hotel located at good location. The property is old and is not maintained properly. The staff cannot do much on this, management need to initiate for this. The overall experience can be improved by providing overall maintenence and cleaness in common areas and rooms.

Address given in the site is wrong.
Hotel is close to Connaught garden and has lots of eateries nearby. Good location, close to main road and easy to locate. Room is tidy and adequately sized for 2 people
