Management refused to comply with the Bookimg.coms stated facilities. Breakfast& return trip to Airport was refused.Minimum room service was declined.No kettle,tea,served.

Area of the house not too good. deep in alley, canal beside house , dust.. the owner told me he will drop me at train station but he came late to pick me up form room and drop to station;; i nearly miss my train,, reach 10 mins before train time..

This property is pathetic Owner Ashish doesnt know how to speak They have mentioned all facilities on Bookings.com but at hotel there were only bed rest is they said we dont know english ‘toh woh click ho gaya hmse’ not an issue But basic hygiene is lacking Bathrooms seems not clean since their construction Service is lowest Even they charge for water bottle I didn’t feel safe He said ‘airport jana aapki taklif h hamari nahi humne wo mentioned kiya nahi h’ I will never recommend this to anyone spcly if u going with family/friends Below are some pics ..now you decide

First of all the location displayed on the application is different from the actual location. The actual location doesn’t have any road so you have to walk to find and reach to the property and there’s no market or shop nearby it is a completely isolated location surrounded by village houses. I was very disappointed by the location and I had canceled my stay which caused me lot of trouble and issue as I was travelling with my parents. I had a terrible experience.

It could do better with more hygiene.

Home stay is near to temples, owner helped to pick us to homestay on bikes,however we were charged for pick up, it should be complimentary. Owner was nice, however could do better if homestay is clean.

Location is moderate. Lane approaching Veda Palace is not comfortable. Actually the hotel bears no name, though Booking is done under the name of Veda Palace. It is not clear to me.

The check In process

The place was good , but really hard to find, the staff would have to come out to find you and take to property, not on main road, out back roads, tea provided on site, hot water, room with padlocks, electric fan, paid cash on site, check in process was hard work, and as 2 british females, our id wasn't enough, so needed to to provide indian id ref and phone number for us to verify who we are, without this was told stay would be refused and possible government fine during our stay, pretty much nonsense, the venue also deleted/ cancelled our stay on here, as was very worried about the reviews... Good location for temple visit Took our own padlock 🔒,.

The owner and the staff were really hospitable. They were really helpful during our stay in the property making sure that all our needs are fulfilled. Also, they went out of the way to help us with a few things for which we're really grateful to them. Also, it is very close to Shree Ram janambhoomi temple and easy to reach. Highly recommend this place.

Location is worse.you have to get into a filthy lane.Toilet comode was non functioning .No exhaust ,It was humid inside.Facade of the home stay is deceptive.There is no name plate of Ved Palace,anywhere.No body knows it nearby.No wardrobe .

As all rooms with HOMESTAY are on 1 floor it did not help my old parents.

I would say Ashish Owner and the Ajit ( Maint /Support staff) makes up very well for poor infrastructure and faciliity Ayodhya city has to offer, Soft spoken and well mannered they go beyond role to get you all required like getting Tea, Breakfast, E-rickshaw.
