IndiaStaff!! Strange hotel actually has a deadline for people to check in. They actually called trying to warn us that if we didnot reach by the check in time we could lose the room. This level of arrogance is not warranted in the service industry. Inspite of clearly being mentioned in the booking about the cost of the breakfast, ( on the booking.com site as well as in their booking form) they were insistent on charging more than the mentioned amount for the breakfast. A blatant all round refusal at the reception counter as well as the restaurant, despite the evidence provided about the cost. They are also very strangely very concerned about visitors which I personally found weird as you cannot blanket ban visitors of guests at the hotel unless you suspect some hanky panky goings on. I have stayed at this hotel before as well on a solo ride to Goa and had planned to use this hotel frequently as my stopover place, however, this will definitely be the last time at this hotel.
The hotel has decent rooms and well appointed rooms. That’s all that is good about the place .

IndiaLow standards overall. Ambience is at best of an average hotel, calling it a 5 star hotel is a lie. Broken cabinets , third class amenities inside the room. Tiny rooms. Rude front desk staff and substandard food. Hotel needs a major upgrade in every sector.
Veeksar the fern- truly speaking is a joke! It has nothing that a five star hotel would have. Complete fraud. Waste of money, had a terrible experience. I had to switch/change to a different hotel.

IndiaBad is no description. I was asked to pay one day tariff in advance .passage to the room was not well lit and scary. There was no electricity in the room . I immediately came down and checked out with a request to refund my money , it is still not refunded . The staff members don't pick up the phone and everyone at the reception were annoyed and shouting at the staff. On local enquiry, I was told all the time it's the same situation . I want my refund immediately.

IndiaPathetic place with zero customer service and safety. At the buffet i suffered a burn on my had as the live counter was not insulated, and the steel was burring hot. Not safety instruction was put on. Any kid could have got burnt. The staff was not at all emphatic and unmoved by the customer pain. The Manager was least interested. The staff is overworked and completely demotivated.

IndiaThe Entire property reeks of Gutter smell. I parked my car in the Basement, and there was this horrible stench from hell which was there in the rooms too....somehow it came from the pipes into the bathroom. They called us at 10AM and asked us to check out. Ironically the Breakfast time was till 10.30. Hotel is understaffed.
