The location. The name is vearth, temple view. You can view the murugsn kovil from your rokm itself. The staff, including the lakshmiamma in the parking to the owner malayali sir, everything is too good.

Charging for an extra bed, when the rate was inclusive of all 5 members. Also charging half a rent for extended stay but hurrying to vacate the room

Devotees plan to visit the Temple not the property. Having said that, place is close by the temple.

Location is very near to the Palani adivaram. Mr.Gopi anna welcomed and treated us like a family. he guided us very well for great dharsan. thank you very much Gopi anna for your ur care. :). we had a great stay though its a day

Staff not professionally trained. Important informations about the locality is not available at the reception. No tumblers provided in the rooms. Window panes are not cleaned regularly Morning tea available only after 6.30 am. No cafeteria attached. Limited parking spaces. Drivers dormetry dormetry is charged separately but no receipt issued. Property demands full payment at the time of check in.

Location of the hotel was very near to the Winch Station and all things were walkable. Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay. Overall in Palani its a very good find.

During my recent stay at Velan Temple View by PPH Living, I encountered an issue with unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. Despite the overall positive aspects of the property, the persistent bad smell detracted from the comfort of our stay. No hot water after 12pm..during check in day.. had to take bath in cold water including kids.. no proper hotels nearby... rooms r not clean..mosquitoes issues.. not value for money u pay..

Horrible service . The room which is said to be for 4 people has two twin beds and it can not accommodate two adults in one bed . The hot water failed , cold water ran pitch dark in colour and the problem was not fixed for over 90 mins delaying our start by 2 hours . Even after waking up at 5:30 were able to leave the hotel only at 8:45 due to this ordeal. We went to the Darshan and came back only at 14:45 due to heavy rush we had to face at 9 am when we went to the winch station. We missed our flight and thank god since it’s a staff ticket for me and my family I was able to reschedule the flight with minimum charges . But instead of the 16:15 flight that we missed , we had to wait for the 22:35 flight at Coimbatore airport . The whole day turned out to be full of chaos and misery .

The surrounding and way to temple is very dirty and isolated. It is not safe to stay in this accommodation with family due to this.

We could not avail the breakfast even though the room rent is included breakfast cost since they could not arrange the breakfast on time. We had to bear additional amount for having breakfast from other hotel
