One or two things were not functioning well in the room like balcony & bathroom door & switches, have conveyed the staff regarding the same.

Overall it was a pleasant experience! Staff is really good & cooperative & helpful. Did a great job!

Property not well maintained. Foul smell of wet wall & loosing cement in closed rooms. Regular cleaning of room was not done. Very few option in breakfast. No buffet was provided. And even an omelette in breakfast was not included and had to purchase seperately. For 2 guests only 1L of water was provided which is utter nonsense. Complimentary water bottle should be at least 1 for each guest. And daily room cleaning is must in such remote property else rooms smells foul.

Location at a appropriate place. Easily accessible via vehicle, parking space was available. Staff was good. No issue in check in.

I recently stayed here and would like to share a few points: What’s good: 1. The location is conveniently close to Venna Lake, on the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar road. 2. Basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and other essentials are provided. 3. Both dinner and breakfast were good. 4. The staff was supportive. What disappointed us: 1. There was no hot water for bathing (the rooms rely on solar heating; no geyser or room heater). However, upon request, they provided a bucket of hot water. 2. I found a leech in the room (considering the weather, I assumed it’s a common occurrence). 3. It's advisable to bring your personal vehicle, as the hotel is about a 2-minute walk from the main road. 4. The Wi-Fi is good, but there’s no mobile network for Idea. The signal fluctuates, so you'll need to rely on Wi-Fi to stay connected. If you’re visiting with your girlfriend and she has strict parents, you might need to explain how Wi-Fi calling works! 😂

The condition of the room could have been cleaner. Linens were completely old and need replacement as they are permanently stained. Towels need immediate replacement. The bathrooms need maintenance.

Only thing is when I travelled from panchgani, the hotel was not noticable and I left the location of the hotel. As there is not identification of the hotel near the main road, it became very difficult to reach the hotel. I had traveled around 5 -6 Kms more in traffic because of this. So like to request the hotel owners to put some marking on the entrance of the road to enter the hotel as it is nearly 500mts inside the road.

Breakfast is nice and the staffs are responsive. Regarding location, i can say that this is a nice location as it is surrounded by nature.

We wanted a higher floor however was asked to adjust to the lower floor only and did not give an extra towel even when we asked for it.

Amazing location I would say it's a center point for the stay as all points are nearby.

1) Balcony door did not close. 2) Cockroaches! Pest control could have done earlier than we came, although the staff made sure the room is as good as new in half an hour. 3) The common hot water problem. One day it was there and one day it was not.

First it was told that no additional charges for anniversary decoration but staff charged 2500 rs which was huge for what they did . Towels were not provided Dustbid contained old guest thrash which was not cleaned

Breakfast don't have options. Cold and stale like breakfast was served at so called buffet breakfast. Only 2 options in breakfast. Unsatisfied and unhappy with food quality.

The WiFi sevice installed by manager was of that area only. So i had to come out to connect it. On 4th day I came to know that different WiFi service were available for my room area. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR SO MANAGER SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED MY ROOM AREA SERVICE. WITHOUT KNOWING I WAS HANDICAPPED FOR 3 DAYS FOR INTERNET SERVICE.
