There was no water available when we needed it the most. Water supply was there but was not monitored and refilled when the tank was empty. We had to inform them to do that . After returning from the beach, we wanted to take a shower, but there was no water. Even using the toilet became an issue. This is something that should be addressed promptly. Additionally, the rooms could have been cleaner, and the flush in the toilet was not working.

While the location is good, it’s worth noting that parts of the resort are still under construction.

the only downside was the lack of hygiene in the surroundings. The accumulation of waste water caused an unpleasant smell, which slightly dampened the overall experience. Despite this, everything else was perfect. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it has the potential to make the resort truly exceptional!"

The stay with a beach view was absolutely breathtaking, and the food tasted great as well. Mudra and the team were great and very helpful in all ways. Made it comfortable .

-The property can be maintained a little more which includes the rooms too. -For the amenities and the kind of rooms ..the price we pay doesn't match,which is why I felt the price we paid was too much.. in spite of charging 2k oddly per day,they don't provide complementary breakfast where other places do provide that.

-The place is beautiful... -We loved their food.. -The staff were polite and friendly. -Would definitely visit once again.

The resort is not hygienic enough,there were tiny cocoroaches under the table glass,the public rest rooms are smelly ,there is no shower area near the beach,we hv to rush to the room for everything.

Food was good ,beach was clean .There was one boy in the restaurant counter who did almost everything from greeting guests to carrying bags to taking food orders,cleaning tables .We found that overwhelming.The property does not go an extra mile to make your stay memorable. It's just a normal resort. The approach road was messy.

Internet and connectivity was the worst part. They should have provided wifi in the rooms as no mobile network available there.

The staff were really helpful till 12am but then they disappeared after 12am. They barely responded to my requests. and mainly there are no parking spaces dedicated to the stay. Not for even for bikes/scooters. There is a narrow road, where I had to park my himalayan bike and walk towards the stay, its a very short distance but the security of the bikes wasn't assured. If you get your car, then you gotta park it on the main road only. which is quite a bit far from the stay.

Excellent stay, Beautifully built, attached to the beach, photogenic place. I actually upgraded myself from dormitory to a room and i loved the experience. I met new people and the other solo travellers as I was one of the solo traveller too. I had a really great time in the stay.

Dormitory was not worth Rs. 1400. I have stayed in multiple Rs. 800 hostels and their dorm maintenance standards were upto the mark but this one was almost broken in all sense except the beds. Locker, windows, ventilation all were in pathetic condition. Small dorm having 6 beds with 0 ventilation, boiling room. Outside temperature was cool in the night but rooms were boiling, was really hard to sleep.

Facilities and cleanliness not up to the mark though charge was quite on higher side. Lack of staff which affecting the their catering service and associated cleanliness/tidiness. Electric kettle/TV/AC should have been included. Difficult to reach there too as no proper road/safe walkway provided. Only best part of resort is located on the beach. Need to provide safe and comfortable access to the hotel.
