IndiaJessi Singh was one who was there at the time of check in, Our stay was there for 4 Nights but this guy and hotel staff haven’t provided the WiFi password with us after asking multiple times even no mobile signal was there in this property. Balcony was not cleaned at all, Washroom jet-spray was badly leaked. We ended up our stay at 2 Night only.

RussiaIt was very dirty inside, the mattress was peed on and the owners disguised it by filling the entire room with a strong smelling chemical. the kitchen doesn't work and all the food you order comes from somewhere else for a high price. I absolutely do not recommend it

IndiaThe desk manager at the reception was very rude and didn’t even show basic courtesy as expected in services industry. He even refused to serve tea in the room.
The room booked was a spacious Deluxe Suite as displayed on Booking.com, however the room allocated to us was very compact and wasn’t the same as displayed. We tried reaching the property at the contact no. shared at Booking.com at-least 4-5 times in 2 days to get confirmation for booking and no one ever confirmed this until half an hour before we arrived at our destination. And we had to pay the same amount for the such a compact room. Super disappointed.

the property is very well maintained. room was clean and spacious. bathroom was clean. the hospitality provided by manager Ricky was great. we happen to meet with Owner Vikash as well and he was very friendly and greeted us very warmly. it was my husband’s birthday celebration and didn’t regret the choice of hotel at all. my overall experience was really great.thank you for making our stay comfortable
