Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff at reception only keep asking for money first. No concept of service. The food served at room service is terribly cooked. Just another building made into a hotel...its a new one so it can improve. The Room has stairs to climb to the washroom and if a Guest cannot climb stairs for the washbasin or washroom then its tough. Bedsheets, windows, table all were dusty
Being in Juhu, the location is good but noisy as its on the busy road & corner. I didnt stay one night of the 2 but paid for it as it was very noisy. Bottled water provided.

The room was very small. The aircon, which was placed just near the head of the bed, was very old and always made a loud noise. The toilet seats were not tidy; the shower was clogged and dirty. Overall, the condition of the bathroom was not pleasant. We asked to staff for a change in room but was only given false promises.
The ground staff (security) was very welcoming and helpful. He always had an encouraging smile and always offered help and support. We could keep our luggage near the reception safely while we were out for a while after check-out.

I booked a delux room and was given a classic room. I was still charged the rate for a delux room. They said it was Booking,com fault.

My recent stay at the VIBES INN JUHU was absolutely fantastic the reception staff Nandu was inceredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in until I checked out the room was clean spacious and well, equipped and the location was perfect for exploring the city I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

What was disappointing was that the stairs in the bedroom that go to the bathroom were a bit scary. but in consultation with Nandkishor to do something there. and he took my advice.
the personals Nandkishor and Deepak were so friendly and hospitality. environment was good for it. For lunch and dinner we went to Govinda restaurant in isckon temple is only 200 meters from then and cheap. beach was within walking distance. For me it is worth coming back again. I will book again next year 2026..

Breakfast is extremely limited in choice. Hot water was a problem and they changed our room . The geyser did not work in our room. This is work in progress hotel, the owner Mr Singh I think is really nice and took our concerns seriously.
This is a good budget hotel with excellent location.

No room cleaning and no garbage collection from the room on a daily basis ( I stayed in this property for 3 nights, but my room was not cleaned ;bed sheets were not changed even after my several requests ).Nowhere to keep or hang clothes, etc etc
