South AfricaStaff when I was checking in were extremely rude however the staff present when checking out were great. Not very clean. Duvet had all sorts of stains and marks on it which is really not acceptable. Room was really small. Mirrors in room and bathroom looked as if they had not been cleaned in years. Wi-Fi connection was atrocious and pretty much pointless. Restaurant on site at hotel also has extremely rude staff, food below average and not worth visiting.
Location of hotel is great as it is close to the temple and many restaurants.

I am particularly impressed with Sri Raja, PRO, of this hotel who is a very friendly person with always a smiling face and he took a lot of interest in the comforts of the tourists. I am extremely thankful to Mr.Raja Rama Chandran and his staff who always tried to help the visitors. I wish to go to Srirangam again and wish to stay in this property again.
